Under no circumstances should you give this company the keys to your vehicle. We waited just under an hour to collect and when we got our vehicle the glove compartment and all storage areas in the van had been ransacked and gone through and thrown around the floor. Lottery tickets we had had been checked, crumpled up and left on the floor. When trying to speak to their operatives, it was ‘nothing to do with them’. You also get charged between £7-40 for where they pick up and drop off, and when dropping the car off because they took 30 minutes we had to pay £40. Under no circumstances should you use this company.

If I could give no stars I would.

I would not use this company again even if it was free.

I made a complaint and am yet to get a response. I also asked them the name of the company who actually did my meet and greet and they are yet to tell me! When I called the ‘office’ of the ‘company’ who were doing my meet and greet I was told by the guy on 2 different calls 2 different company names. Something isn’t right! When I google the office number of this ‘company’ nothing even comes up. So it seems they find the customers and pass them on to random ‘companies’.

The company also left my car filthy - covered in mud on drivers side.

1. When we returned to our car another family had loaded their luggage into the boot and thought this was their transfer vehicle.
2. The driver had left the key in the vehicle and the unknown family and gone back to his car park. Leaving the vehicle for anyone to take.
3. Our new Lexus has damage to the lower section of the front passenger door.

Avoid at all costs, very untrustworthy.

I paid for parking through this website and got a parking ticket two weeks after my holiday, avoid at all costs it is a scam and not legitimate!!

We booked airport parking through this site and was told to meet them in the short stay. Drove to the airport and paid £7 for the short stay parking fee, no one turned up and there was no answer on the number we called. We were there for 40 minutes, absolutely nothing and could not get hold of anyone. Eventually we got hold of someone (after about an hour) and were told sorry we missed your calls we'll send a driver now. We asked what car to look for/reg plate and why they hadn't turned up they couldn't answer. At this point, we would have missed our flight had it been that night (fortunately we were staying over night at the airport). They agreed to a refund but it's been almost three weeks and no refund, not even an apology or explanation at no point has anyone even acknowledged the lack of service. No offer to refund the £7 short stay fee we paid. We ended up having to leave our car in bristol city centre and hope for the best. Do not trust this company.

I do not recommend. We were waiting to be taking from the airport ages. Never again ..

It is basically a scam, I booked with the parking that does not even exist, just a field somewhere. They refused to refund

We followed GLD1 Trading Limited process for the meet and greet “ call us when you’re 45 mins from the airport”, which we did. They informed us that we would be met outside the short term parking, and there would be someone to pick the car up. Nobody was there so we called them a number of times (our call log supports this) when we arrived. We had to find alternative parking ( the only option we had was the use the Bristol Airport multi story car park) as it was getting late and we didn’t want to miss our flight. ONE HOUR LATER after they said they would be there, we got a call to say they were there to pick the car up. Too late we were in the departure lounge. The cost of them not being there was £370 for 7 days in the multi story car park plus the original parking charge £74. On our return I call and they said the manager would call us back to discuss. 4 days later not call so I decided to write a review to warn others DO NOT USE THEM.

Meet & greet never again..

Very unprofessional, car returning with muddy footprints on both sides of the rear footwells and on the passenger side.. They told me to pay £14 for the exit.
It's a shame that photos can't be added here, but I still have them on my phone..
Don't use those scammers!!!!!!!

Meet and Greet Parking:
Bad Communication
Used my car for personal use (over 1 hour)
Parked it under a Berry tree ( it was covered in berries and bird droppings) when picked up
Reconfigure the driving mode in the car (Changed Dash setting, Driver mode, safety mode, radio, etc..)

Secure Airport Transfer Limited. Very rude & nasty drivers. Had to pay additional costs for airport parking access, which is not mentioned when getting online quote. They demanded £8.50 cash only on arrival. The actual fee is only £5 - £6.50. On return they were 1hr 15mins late, blaming traffic. Then was told another fee had to be paid to exit & threatened I would get a ticket. I spoke to an Manchester Airport official & was told that is not the case & that they pocket the fees demanded. Definitely not a great meet and greet service. Ignore the positive reviews. They keep hanging up on you, when you call them. Would not use comparetheairportparking.com again.

This is a scam company, they have hidden charges that go on top of what you pay,I tried to get my money back off them, they come out with all kinds of excuses to not pay you, the banks know all about them scamming people.

Made a booking through this site but decided to double check things before we fly. Discovered the documentation was riddled with poor grammar and spelling mistakes, which raised real concerns that I was dealing with an unprofessional company. I decided to view Trustpilot reviews to see what others said and my concerns were confirmed. Decided to cut my losses and rebook with another company.

Most AWFUL & TRAUMATIC Airport Parking Experience ever!

ARROGANT, SHADY, DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SOCIETY!

I called the phone number on the booking confirmation immediately after walking off the plane, no answer. I continued to call the two phone numbers I had for this company & kept on getting voicemail. Eventually 30mins later, they returned my call & said my vehicle would be there within an hour.

After having gone through passport control, collecting my baggage & getting outside to Level 4, Row B of London Heathrow Airport, my vehicle was still not there. I waited 10mins extra (which was now 70mins after they returned my call to say my vehicle will be returned within an hour) & they hadn't returned my vehicle yet.
I called them again & they said my vehicle will be there in 10mins. After a further 10mins had passed, my vehicle had still not been returned. I called both numbers again only to get voicemail.

I rang the Police & they tracked my vehicle to Peterborough!!!

Peterborough is nowhere near London Heathrow Airport!?!?!?!?!?

They were very abrupt, arrogant & rude on the phone when you did managed to get through to them & would plonk the phone down on you halfway through the conversation.

Eventually, they returned the vehicle 4hrs later.....texted me a message saying they'd returned the vehicle to a different level to the level agreed to on the booking confirmation & stated the vehicle key had been left on the front right tyre!!!

When I got to my vehicle I checked it over thoroughly only to discover they'd damaged the passenger side front alloy (curbed it, huge gouges out the alloy) & scratched the back alloy on the same side.

There was also evidence of them having used the vehicle either as a taxi service or people carrier or something as there was muddy footprints on the floor matts in the back of the vehicle, a cigarette stub on the floor of the driver's seat, muck & grass on the floor matt of the passenger side as well as bits of food in the back & front passenger seat & centre console & the seats stank!

When trying to contact the driver when we were 45 minutes from Bristol airport using the number provided our calls would not go through. We had a continual engaged tone and no alternative contact number was provided. On arrival at the time we had specified no-one was there to 'meet' or 'greet' us and no-one made any attempt to contact us. We had to leave our car in the short stay car park which cost £205 for 5 nights. Comparetheairportpsrking.com are not responding to my emails. A complete scam! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

It's classed as a meet and greet, but we waited 40 mins for our car at the airport. We had to pay an additional £20 airport parking charges and the staff were not very friendly or helpful. I won't use them again.

SCAMMERS. Booked parking next to Manchester Airport, then they moved it to 20 miles away in Cheshire??? Dodgy car parks they use and bad customer service. Ended up having to pay £240 for parking at Manchester again & they refused a refund apparently its my own responsibility...

Phoned to let them know I'll be 40mins away for meet and greet.
Got told to goto short stay car park, nobody was there. Paid £7 to leave the car park after 2minutes.
Then told me to goto another car park and the same happened, another £7.
Never turned up.

PLEASE PLEASE, do not use this company.
I wish I had read the genuine reviews.
Left stranded at the car park , phoned the number given and , no answer.
Called until we had no choice but to leave the car in the short term car park.
This left me with a £270 bill , and I’ve not received my money promised for the original money I paid out.
I also had someone phone , when I was back , at the airport terminal, asking me “ where is my car , as I can’t drop it off “. This really is a joke of a company.
Tried to complain but you just get fobbed off and delayed.
I think it’s absolutely disgusting how they can treat their customers like this.
I’m now looking to take legal action.

Don’t book Bristol meet and greet parking through this company! They are a middle man set up, and will book you with third party. The third party that they used for our 2 cars at Bristol airport meet and greet was a company called GLD1 Trading ltd, this company clearly used our immaculately clean and valeted cars to transport their drivers to and from the field our cars got parked in. Cars returned late, then filthy inside and outside with wet muddy footprints in all footwells front and rear of our cars, millage was well over the millage of the field our cars were supposedly parked in.. +34 and +68 miles on them. After informing both companies and Bristol Airport we had little or no communication or apology or refund. Just introduced to Compare the airport parking terms and conditions that constantly repeats how they are a booking agent and take no responsibility for the company’s they use and allow them to use customers cars yet don’t do anything to compensate or investigate complaints. Avoid this company and GLD1 Trading like the plague!!!!
