Fake phone number no one to contact nothing working its like I m scammed

Your recommended to me bunch of scammers - Swift Meet & Greet Stansted. This is bunch of unprofessional, unexperienced Stansted meet and greet providers caused only trouble to me. Every time late, barely can speak English, car returned dirty and with penalty ticket. No way to complain to them no internet site. Very shady bunch of scammers. And they ruining your reputation as well.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had.

When I arrived to hand over my vehicle, the person who took my car was not wearing any uniform, did not show any identification, and gave no impression of being part of a professional airport parking service. To be honest, it felt like I was handing my keys to a random stranger in a car park.

When my vehicle was returned, the process was just as concerning. The driver handed me the keys and left within seconds. There was no inspection of the vehicle, no walk-around, no photographs, and no opportunity to check that everything was in order before he disappeared.

Only afterwards did I discover that my rear registration plate was missing.

I immediately reported the issue and provided photographic evidence. I was told that the driver would be contacted and that I would receive a call back. That never happened. No update, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the situation.

A company that takes responsibility for customers’ vehicles should have professional staff, proper procedures, and basic accountability when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience showed none of these.

I trusted this service with my vehicle and deeply regret that decision. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend it to others.

The worst company ever!! They not only were late to pick up our car causing us to pay extra for the parking but they’ve also cost us fine from Luton Airport parking !! DO NOT USE THEM !!

I was asked to pay extra £20 for transfer to and from the airport! I do travel a lot and that was my first experience. There was no mention about it when I was booking the parking and therefore it was a 40% increase to the original price. I wanted something cheap for a 1.5 day trip. There are definitely cheaper options. Multiple people (even a family with children) were waiting for over 40 minutes to be picked up and calling the company every 5min. Finally when the driver arrived, there was so many people that he wasn't able to take the family because there wasn't enough seats in the van for them. It wasn't a good experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

This was a terrible experience and lessons learned for me! Do not use! small print additional charges made the budget parking almost as expensive as parking at the airport. The bus was full when I arrived, I had to wait for bus to go and come back on return journey. Despite stating my time of return no one there to pick me up! No answer on mobile number and when I did get through I was told I have to wait 30 minutes. One member of staff was particularly rude to me about the small print and extra 17 pounds they ensured I paid before they would take me to the airport in their creepy van! Booked in a rush lived to regret it! Very poor service! Also felt vulnerable as a single travelling female when the aggressive male worker was in the pick up van at nearly midnight would certainly never use again!

Very easy to use and we have used them before so we know they are genuine and very helpful.

I would not recommend using this meet and greet service.
This company left me waiting for 40 mins at the airport b4 they picked up my car even though i rang them at the stated times to inform them i was in my way to the airport and again when i was there. In the meantime I received a penalty fine for exceeding the 30 min max waiting time which means I have to pay the £15 drop off charges, plus £23 for an extr 20 mins waiting and now a £95 penalty fine . They left me waiting past my check in time so I was rushing around in the airport and panicking I was going to miss my flight . I would never use this company or service again and would definitely not recommend to anyone. I will be seeking a refund from this company as soon as I'm back from my holiday .

I have had to leave 1 star as it wouldn’t allow me to leave no stars! This was unfortunately the worst service I have ever experienced.

We were kept waiting for 2 hours in the North Terminal short stay car park after phoning to say we had cleared customs.

When the car finally arrived after several phone calls and several untruths from the operator, we were charged a second time to exit the car park as the driver had not bothered to pay our exit fee. The fee was meant to be included in our booking and after making a complaint to the operator this has still not been refunded 2 months later.

To top it off our experience, we have now received a £60 parking ticket from the parking eye company who patrol the car park because of where the driver had parked our car!

Do not use this company.

Paid for a service I didnt receive.
Had booked meet and greet, rang 30mins beforehand, was told to go to the orange zone when my booking clearly stated main terminal meet and greet.
No one met us, and when I returned to stansted airport I had to pay £420 on top of the £75 i had already paid!

Please avoid these people at all costs. They are fraudsters. They do not verify the companies on their website that offer parking ( or as I suspect) own the actuall parking companies themselves and subsequently you simply end up getting ripped off, defrauded, robbed , abused. If your lucky you might just get your car back. Some people we spoke to were waiting several hours.

Super easy process got booked in seconds

I copied the below address and post code from the confirmation email and pasted it into Google Maps. It took me through a farm indicating I should drive through private agricultural land and farmers' gates. Knowing something was wrong, I called the helpline where unfortunately I could not understand the attendant's accent which caused stress and delay. He sent me the location pin I already had, showing me the parking only 3 minutes away. I was going in circles calling him and trying to find a real road. Time was now getting short and I felt I had no alternative but to proceed. 1 min away, I came to an impassable hedge where GPS was suggesting I drive through a turnstile! I got out my car and walked through to the car park. I asked the manager for help. When he saw my car was in the adjacent field, he LAID INTO ME, EFFING AND BLINDING AND SHOUTING AT ME FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES calling me stupid and verbally abusing me. I was dumbfounded when he screamed "NOW YOU'VE MADE ME F'ING YELL INFRONT OF MY CUSTOMERS". I tried to explain that I had called up the company 3 times and they had been of no help in guiding me, but the fuming man threatened to LEAVE ME THERE IN THE FIELD and not take me to the airport at all, throwing my car keys back at me! As he was getting ready to drive off, I was saved by a kind lady from the neighbouring livery stables who offered to drive my car around and leave the key with the parking company so I could make my flight.

I knew I'd been guided to the wrong field but he had no empathy and his aggressive unprofessional outburst and abuse overshadowed my trip.

LESSON: ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH SAVING £5 to be in a hard-to-find distant muddy field. Pay a bit more to be at least met and greeted at the airport.

Only after you have paid does it become clear that you still have to pay for the airport drop off charges , in this case £26 , half as much as the actual parking charge . Advertised price should include such a fee as it affects who you choose

I booked a meet and greet service with them. Despite numerous calls to their Operator, Ipark Gatwick, there was no reponse prior to and on arrival at Gatwick North terminal short stay car park. In order not to miss our flight, we left the car in the short stay car park.

I spent the entire week corresponding with them and they refused to provide any assistance simply stating I had to deal with the Operator.

It transpires the Operator, Ipark Gatwick is a scam company. This was confirmed to me by the Police when I returned to the short stay car park. They provided me with a leaflet and urged me to report them to Trading Standards, which I have now done.

As for Compare Parking Deals, they knowingly allow scam companies like Ipark Gatwick to use their platform to rip off consumers.

The only way to end these practices is stop using websites like Compare Parking Deals or make them undertake due diligence on scam companies such as Ipark Gatwick.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING BOOKING CANCEL IT NOW.

It was easy and they made sure I got what I needed and help me compete the transition with clear communications.

Very poor experience. They damaged my car inside and out, the drop-off and collection process took far too long, and they added hidden charges that were not disclosed at the time of booking, including a £20 shuttle fee. Due to the damage, delays, and unexpected costs, I would not recommend this service.
