Called 30 Min Prior to Arrival but no one was there when we arrived had to call and wait about 10 min before someone turned up, on the return leg called when landed and was told car will be there in 30 min after going through passport control and collecting baggage (Which took approx. 40 Min) went to collection point and no one was there called and was told driver was on way and would be 5 min after 10 min called again and was told he was only 5 min away and to wait at collection point. Car arrived but did not stop in collection point agreed so had to walk over driver was more concerned about collecting another car that was waiting and just handed keys no apology for lateness. After looking at car it looked like its been parked in a field under trees as mud spays all up both sides and sap together with tree leaves and buds on widescreen bonnet. I have taken photos as proof of the state but this site does not allow to download photos. - Although car was collected and retuned the waiting is not what I would class as meet and greet service.

Total scam . No meet and greet. Just a redirection to Nook Farm and a taxi ride back to the airport .at the customers extra cost Cars clearly damaged onsite. We didnt stay . Do not use

Good and easy service

SCAMMERS - booked a meet and greet service at Stansted
- They don't answer phones
- They lied to us that the orange car park was closed on arrival, asked us to take the car to another car park and take a uber to the airport (15min drive)
- On return they wont answer the call.
- When they answered he kept saying another hour even after 45mins.
- When I went to collect the car from the car park where it was left, the car was unlocked - left with windows down with a note stating a time another 1.5 hrs later.

i booked a meet and greet service and what was experienced was far from what was on the tin. I called 45 minutes prior to arrival at the airport as requested and upon arrival i still had to wait at least another 30 minutes and two phone calls before they arrived to collect my car. There was no apology for the lateness and the driver looked far from presentable. Upon my return i again called as soon as i collected my luggage and when i got to the collection point there were at least five other people waiting for the return of their cars, all stating they had been waiting for nearly or over an hour already. When a driver finally attended everyone that was waiting was complaining for the extremely poor and unprofessional service they were experiencing. When it came to my turn i also complained and asked when my car would be brought to me. Due to all the other people waiting they said jump into this car ( a brand new Range Rover that had just been dropped off) and we will take you to your car as it would be quicker, To my surprise they threw my case on the back seat of this new Range and took me to my car. It was parked along with a number of other at the side of a PUB called The Darlington Arms a couple of miles away from the airport. This is not what i paid for or any way secure and safe parking. I would NEVER use them again and warn people away from them

Shocking Service

Long story short the money goes out of my account - the following day the call me to cancel my booking - They Cancelled my booking 5 days before I was due to head to the airport and then when I went online to see how my refund was getting paid it was a very short unapologetic responses.

When I asked if the service was acceptable they replied multiple times yes its acceptable - how these are still trading and not been took to the trading standards is absolutely unbelievable. Maybe I should have read the reviews before booking. I will never in my life book with these again and I well be sharing my experience. Absolute joke of a service.

Completely shit, I booked for 14 days gave flight number when we arrived back which was the day of the flight think they would see when customers comes back not realise it was next morning to be charged an extra £20 was disgusted as we had come back with our kids very tired to get an extra charge we didn't stay an extra day will never in my life use or recommend . My kids where very distressed as we could nt get the car as my son was autistic,
The car park person was very arrogant saying we won't get our car if we don't pay the extra charge , he was very threatening behaviour towards us a said you will be paying me. This is not how you treat customers .He refused to pick us up. Would advice anyone not to use this company again

Use uber, use the long stay , middle stay parking from the airports itself but do not use this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Very good price options, but when I clicked 'book' on my chosen one, it took me to one of the other options. Not much difference in price, but very confusing.

Shocking experience with ‘fly away’ and I was amongst a crowd of us who all experienced the same !
Only once you book do you get confirmation from ‘I park’ instead who have been in the tv reported as a scam! Lucky to have my car back really! Honestly shocking complete scam, you have to pay so much extra as they use a short stay car park so not a meet and greet and they can’t pay it as they aren’t allowed to operate there. People waited 5 hours plus for their cars, the scammers operating it dodge the cameras as they aren’t allowed to operate at Gatwick and were leaving keys on bonnets to avoid being seen, and people have been landed with hefty parking fines for wherever the guys dumped the cars illegally whilst they were away! They couldn’t even give me a recipe when they took my car so I spent all holiday worrying! Honestly shocking !!

Poor service, staff are very rude, no transparency of price - add another £16 to the price quoted for parking. My first shock on dropping off the car was the £8 I had to pay for the parking ticket. On return, I called the company to say we had landed and that we will out in 20 mins. I was told they would contact the driver and call me back straightaway. I did not get a call back. Several calls and an hour later, the car arrived, unapologetic driver who walked off leaving me to pay another £8 for parking. Extremely unprofessional approach by the call handlers and drivers.

The service was very good ie checking the car in. On return they delivered the car to the airport within 20 minutes. However, what I was not informed about was the cost of £6 I had to pay to exit the car park which the car was in for about 3 minutes. If I had known this hidden cost to me I could have made an informed decision about using the service.

Easy and straight forward booking experience.

I booked meet and greet parking through this website and the company I chose from the list of options they provided me was LGW Executive, I later found out that the company that actually collected my Audi A3 was called iparkgatwick.
We were a little concerned when they collected my vehicle from Gatwick North Terminal car park they were very disorganised but we went with it anyway. I remember my wife joking do you think we’ll see the car again?
Anyway two weeks later after a fantastic holiday I called the number provided and was told that the car would be delivered to South terminal in 45 minutes. A little longer than advertised but we needed coffee. Went to the car park after 40 minutes and waited around for a further 20. I called the number again and was told they were looking for the key to the car! I couldn’t believe it but left them to it. Over an hour later after multiple calls they finally admitted they didn’t know where my car was parked. They even asked me to go back to North terminal car park “ to see if was still there”, after 15 days!!
I checked the Audi app and told them the address of where my car was. As soon as I told them they sent a driver to collect me in an old Corsa.
They then took me to a pub car park, The Greyhound pub - Radford Rd, Tinsley Green, Crawley RH10 3NS find it on Google Maps you’ll be impressed.
Suffice to say it was completely open with no fence or security cameras.
They still didn’t have my key luckily I’d only given them my spare. Finally set off for the 5 hour trip home at midday.
I have emailed both companies but had no reply I can’t get my phone calls past the customer service desk who are happy to sell me more parking but can’t talk about any complaints!!!!
The lost key is going to cost me £550 to replace and the best thing is there’s someone out there who could take my car with my spare key.
Never use the parking companies I’ve mentioned above and definitely use a different company to search for parking.
As Compareparkingdeals.co.uk obviously don’t do due diligence on the companies the promote and don’t give a damb about their customers once they’ve got your money!!!

Absolute joke; booked Glasgow Airport and payed for parking only to discover after payment you have to pay the drive £7.00 so he can exit the car park

Simple and relatively cheap to book. Quick and efficient service both when I dropped off the car and when it was returned. My car arrived just a few minutes after I reached the collection point at LHR Terminal 5, which was faster than the company had suggested it might be.

⭐ 1 Star – Avoid if You Value Customer Service

I booked and paid for meet-and-greet parking for two vehicles at Manchester Airport from 24 May to 1 June 2026. Unfortunately, the service was poor from start to finish.

When I called to arrange vehicle collection, I was told there was only one vehicle on the booking. Despite repeatedly explaining that I had paid for two vehicles, the staff member was dismissive, argumentative, and extremely rude. He even stated that it didn’t matter how many times I told him I had paid for two vehicles because he could only see one booking. I was then told I would need to pay again for the second vehicle or cancel both bookings.

After causing unnecessary stress before our holiday, the same staff member eventually called back to admit he had spoken to the main office and confirmed that I had indeed paid for parking for both vehicles. The error was entirely on their side.

The problems continued on our return. Our flight was delayed, and after collecting our luggage we were instructed to wait at the collection point. We stood there for over 30 minutes with a six-year-old child, only to discover that our vehicles had already been parked behind a pillar where they couldn’t be seen. No one bothered to call or notify us that the cars had arrived, despite having our contact details.

What should have been a simple meet-and-greet service turned into a stressful and frustrating experience at both the start and end of our trip. Poor communication, poor organisation, and some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

I will not be using this company again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Terrible experience with this service. They connect you with complete fraudsters, who used and abused my car, used it to ferry passengers to and from the pound and made me miss my flight. No responsibility and no refund just a massive headache and missed flight.
