If I could give zero stars for professionalism, organisation, and communication, I would.

We followed the instructions, called well in advance, and went to the postcode they provided. We waited there for 30 minutes and repeatedly called the only contact number given before someone finally answered and told us how long the driver would be.

A local farmer then informed us that we were in the wrong place and redirected us to the correct location—literally 30 seconds away. When we arrived, the staff were extremely unhelpful, accepted no responsibility for providing an inaccurate postcode, blamed us for being late, and then had the audacity to ask us for a good review.

When the driver eventually arrived, he announced that he was taking a break, despite knowing we had a flight to catch. The staff at the desk offered no help and simply looked at us as though we were being unreasonable. If customers arrive on time using the postcode provided and cannot get through on the only phone number supplied, what exactly are they supposed to do?

The driver did eventually take us to the airport and the initial misunderstanding was resolved.

Unfortunately, the return journey was just as poorly organised. I messaged in advance to let them know we had landed but received no response. I then called while we were going through border control, again, no response. When I eventually got through, I was told the wait would be around 45 minutes, which was fine because we were still queuing and had not collected our luggage.

Once outside, I called for an update and received no answer. When I finally got through, I was placed on hold for five minutes and then, on another call, for 12 minutes. My partner called separately and was told the driver would arrive within three minutes.

If you value organisation, communication, or professionalism, I strongly suggest paying a little extra and booking elsewhere. I would not recommend this company.

The only positive is that we returned to find our car in one piece, which is the sole reason I am giving one star.

My husband booked our airport parking through Compare Airport Parkings and unfortunately, it turned into quite a frustrating experience. Parking was provided by GAPS Park ’n Ride (gapsparknride / 02035765376), and their pick-up service was painfully slow. It took so long to get picked up after we called them, we genuinely considered walking back to the car ourselves. We could have been home by the time we picked our car!

The saving compared with Gatwick’s long-stay parking was minimal, and barely more than getting a minicab or Uber both ways.

When we finally got to the car it was absolutely covered in dust looking like it had just returned from a desert rally.

Lesson learned! Next time, we’ll pay a little more and use Gatwick’s long-stay parking or another reputable option.

Would definitely NOT use this service again and would advise others to think twice before booking.

Terrible experience with this car park, when i got my car back both the driver seat, passenger seat and steering wheel had been moved, by boot parcel shelf was also open which i had definitely left closed. Very disconcerting.

Quick & easy..no issues..read & booked in minutes

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They are not legitimate and completely unrelated to the airport parking. I was told i needed to pay more money on site. A random person comes to collect your car. They wont provide any identification or tell you where your car goes. They give you a random phone number to call and thats all the information you will get about the company. Do not book with them. I felt like they were trying to scam me or worse!

Booked their “Recommended” site, found out afterwards it is an illegal parking site widely reported in the news for being an illegal parking site and damaging cars.

SCAMMED US!!! TOOK OUR MONEY AND NOT AN AIRPORT PARKING! Called and they answered and gave us a different postcode! Turned up and no parking and missed our flight

Avoid this company at all costs. They charged us a late fee even though we were not late. When challenged they threatened to withhold our car keys from us at 11:30pm. Had to pay additional fees to enter the airport which wasn’t made clear before booking either. Will never park here again

Contacted them as Mayfair Parking have ignored my report of damage. No point as they have not responded either. Avoid!

Very quick and simple process

The ‘easyparking’ experience was incredibly distressing! We arrived having called them for our departure and they were 35 minutes late at 6.30 in the morning!
On arrival, having been told it was 25 minutes until our car arrived, I called after 40 minutes to be told there were delays!!! We waited 90 minutes for the car to arrive! The company kept telling lies to us!!! I would never book again with this company - ‘easy parking!!!’ The irony!!!

When pulling up it looked like a junk yard ! Cars absolutely covered in dust all piled as close as possible to each other ! It was not a car park in any way shape or form!
We had our car wrapped the day before dropping it off . We asked once they moved our car to where they want it can they put our car cover on it to keep it protected ( they didn’t) we come home to a nice tear in our car door where they had opened another car door onto ours ! They admitted it happened there ( got them all on video )
Was told to email complaint I have and I’ve been fobbed off left right and centre ..They will not give me any insurance details and are ignoring my calls. Next stop - the police

I booked this so I wouldn’t be left waiting in the middle of the night. Waited an hour for the car , very poor and rude staff when I said wasn’t good service. I’ll never use again.

I am very disappointed with my booking experience. The price shown was £115, but I was charged £120.39 including booking and processing fees. The terms also state that cancellations incur a £20 administration fee, while additional airport levy charges of £10 for drop-off and £10 for pick-up are not included.

I believe these additional charges should be made much clearer before customers complete their booking. The advertised price can therefore be misleading, as the final cost is higher and further charges may apply.

I have screenshots and the original booking confirmation showing the advertised amount, the amount paid and the cancellation terms. Customers should carefully check all additional charges and cancellation conditions before booking.

The comparison website was very easy to navigate and provided a range of options with a clear description of each service. Price was also very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use again.

Is misleading,because you pay for the parking and when they sent the email to confirm the booking and the payments,they add £10 each way , I think is just a rip off.never again

I cancelled booking CAP-18-652688 on 2 July 2026 and was told the refund of £62.93 had been processed and would be back in my account within 5–7 working days.

When nothing arrived, I chased again and on 17 July was told once more that the refund had been processed. I followed up yet again and on 29 July received the message: “Refund done.”

As of 10 August, I still have not received the refund and I have not been provided with any transaction reference or proof that the payment was actually returned.

More than five weeks after cancellation, I am still chasing money I was repeatedly told had already been refunded.

The communication has been frustrating and the repeated assurances have not matched what has actually happened. I am now having to consider raising the matter with my card provider.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We booked Gaps Parking with yourselves.
It was a absolutely joke.
We arrived at the Parking and they were so disorganised.
We had to wait 50 mins before we got a minibus shuttle.
Then they said to call the number once we receive our luggage on arrival.
We tried calling 20 times at least. no answer.
Then we worked our way to where they dropped us off.
Again so disorganised. An elderly lady had been waiting for 1hour 20 minutes to get on the shuttle bus.

We managed to get on after 1 hour 10 mins of waiting.

Once we entered the car park.
There was nobody on reception.
People's carc were block in. They couldn't find our keys or car.

After 1 hour waiting around the found my car along with the keys.

They lost my daughters tesla key card, they never once said they were sorry. They j7st said the card isn't here.
Thank god they could get in with there phones.
They were looking around the car park with there phone lights.

Absolute joke.

We were at the car park for over 2 hours.

This is so unnecessary.

Even 1 star is too much.

It was chaos. People with luggages trying to find there cars.

They had a car with 3 boxes in the boot of a car with everyone's keys in there.

They left people alone with the boot wide open looking for there own car keys.

So unimpressed
