Good experience

I'm getting astounding weight loss results from my work with the clinical team and coaching staff at Community Wellness. Losing weight at age 65 with a laundry list of the usual health issues for a guy my age is not for the faint of heart. And I've tried everything. Now, after dropping 35 lbs from a peak of 220, EVERYTHING IS BETTER. Sleep, performance at the office, (performance at home if you know what I mean), hiking, tennis (couldn't take the post-game soreness before the weight loss), and running around with the grandkids. Had to be very deliberate about adding weight training to my program to avoid muscle mass loss and thanks to my monthly visits with Coach Shelly I've been able to hit my goals and improve everything thanks to this formerly impossible weight loss. THANK YOU COMMUNITY WELLNESS!!!
