Michelle graves is easy to talk to. She gives good advice on nutrition and also suggest on ways to keep on the right tract on staying healthy. Keeps up with my doctor appointments and ask if any changes to medicines. She keeps me motivated.

I like the ability to meet with my provider via the web. It’s more personal I don’t feel rushed and I get what I need in terms of my questions answered. I think it’s convient for us both. Thank you

Hello Amber and thank you for following up. My teleconference with the nurse practitioner Melissa brands went well today. She is very professional and very empathetic. She interviewed me to determine what my needs were and said you would be following up to send me whatever devices are medically necessary

Provider was courteous and respectful. Answered all my questions clearly and completely. I felt that the provider was engaged and interested in my current health situation and my long term wellness.

Michelle is such a caring person and she has made me feel like family! She represents this community very well. Thank you, Michelle!

They verify too often. I received no less than 6 text or emails about appt. This is a nuisance and I prefer not to do business with them unless they tone down the email text hounding.

My Primary Care Physician Michelle Graves really care and have a passion for helping her patients. She constantly makes sure that I am doing what I need to better myself.

The young lady I spoke to was professional and asked questions and showed true concern for my well being.

I speak with Chelsea once a month and she really makes me feel alot better after speaking with her. She is very helpful to me making sure I'm feeling well and also asks if I have any questions or concerns. She is very courteous and nice to talk to.
