Colour match for bespoke colour is excellent. Bevels on glass are excellent. Packaging is good. Delivery time was good at 5 working days. Supplied silicon adhesive/sealer was easy to work with.

An excellent product. Five stars!
An excellent product which looks great in my kitchen. Lexi phoned me to explain the process (as I had sent the wrong photo format) She was very helpful and cropped my picture to make a beautiful splashback. The production was prompt, the packaging was very robust and delivery was in no time at all. Definitely a five star service.

I ordered a bespoke glass splashback…
I ordered a bespoke glass splashback which shattered explosively in my hands during careful installation — no impact, no drop, no undue force. Glass fragments went everywhere. I was fortunate to be wearing glasses at the time, or I could have suffered a serious eye injury.
When I contacted Colour 2 Glass, I was told the damage occurred "whilst the splashback was in your care" and was offered a replacement at £150 as a gesture of goodwill. No acknowledgement of the safety risk, no investigation into whether the glass met the BS EN 12150 standard they claim it is produced to.
I wrote a formal letter citing the Consumer Rights Act 2015, their own 2-year manufacturing defect guarantee, and the General Product Safety Regulations 2005. I have received no response, in fact I have been totally ignored.
I would encourage anyone considering a purchase from this company to be aware of my experience, as it has turned out to be an expensive waste of time and money.
We formally rejected the offer on 20.05.2026 and feel if “the slightest tap” your words, on the wrong spot can make it explode this isn’t a product that should be sold as “can be installed be yourself” as an option. You need to amend your sales pitch

Svar fra Colour 2 Glass Splashbacks
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
As stated in your email notifying us of the issue you confirmed your glass splashback arrived safely and with no damage. Whilst attempting to fit the splashback you advised the splashback spontaneously shattered.
The splashback wouldn't shatter spontaneously just like any other glass product.
We confirmed the glass splashback provided was toughened in accordance to BS EN 12150 like all our glass splashbacks. This is demonstrated by how the glass panel has broken into small pieces rather than large shards to reduce the likelihood of serious injury.
Whilst toughening glass does make the glass stronger it is mainly done so the splashback panel can withstand the heat fluctuations behind a hob. The glass is still susceptible to damage especially on it’s corners and edges with the slightest knock at the right angle resulting in the glass shattering.
As the glass panel arrived safely and the damage only occurred when you attempted to install it, we are unable to offer a refund on the product as the damage occurred whilst the splashback was in your care.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to replace the splashback for a discounted price. We haven't received any further communication.
Should you wish to proceed with this offer, please let us know.
Kind regards,
Colour 2 Glass Splashbacks

A perfect experience from ordering to receiving
The splashbacks were absolutely wonderful. They arrived very quickly, exactly as described. There was some adhesive missing but, having contacted the seller, a replacement was posted out immediately. Cannot fault either the product or the after-sales service. Would recommend to anyone, who is looking for something very special for their kitchen.
