I’m extremely disappointed with this process. The application was allowed to proceed and a credit check was performed, only for me to find out afterward that I’m not even eligible for membership with the credit union.

Eligibility should have been verified before pulling my credit. This has seriously damaged my trust in Collabria, and I would not consider using or recommending a credit card provider that handles applications this way.

I expect an explanation and a review of the hard credit inquiry.

The rewards are laughable. Statements are only available online for 12 months (actually, 11 in my case), which is a nightmare for a small business trying to complete year end accounting details. When I called, I was told by customer service and the supervisor that I would be charged $5 per statement to access the statements that coincidentally never showed up on their online platform. Never gain!

I’m a Prospera member with a Collabria Visa Infinite card. I also hold approximately $64,000 with Prospera in cash and a redeemable GIC.

My child was born in June 2026, and I missed one card payments during that period. I was not receiving payment emails from Collabria and only learned that the account was overdue when I visited a Prospera branch. I have since seen a derogatory entry on my credit report, and my credit score has fallen from 894 to 731.

This is particularly disappointing because I take my credit standing seriously. Could you please help me confirm whether the card is now fully current, which payments Collabria reported as late, and whether the reporting is accurate?

Collabria is the worst company with its ridiculous rules. I had a card and it got cancelled due to the fact that I didn’t spend enough money in a set amount of time! Seriously? They cancelled my card due to that and say they sent letters indicating such but never received any. Not worth the time to be associated with them.

The worst credit card I've ever had. High fees, and horrible app. Make everything extra difficult, go with literally any other company.

Terrible!! They lost my payments and then send my card to collections, is that even legal?!

Unfriendly customer service!! After the service has been provided and customer is happy you end the call by saying "thank you for choosing Collabria Visa, I'm happy to help, enjoy the rest of your day" YOU DO NOT HANG UP AS THE CUSTOMER IS STILL TALKING AND BEING NICE!!! Rude customer service! I've worked in enough customer service positions, this is unacceptable!

paid my account in full ( as I always do ). It was 1 day before the due date and yet I was charged $6.96 interest on my balance. When I called they said because it was a certain time of the day it was late. Go figure, it was the day BEFORE!! Very frustrating

Collabria is not only the worst credit card provider I've ever used but is also one of the worst businesses I've ever had the displeasure to have a relationship with. They are slow, unhelpful, and their technology is barely holding itself together. For example, it's completely unreasonable that a credit card payment take 10+ days to process.

I have had several instances where charges had been declined at Collabria's discretion. The people handling my calls to get the locks off my card were very helpful in fixing it but it was not their fault. The problem of having charges denied and locking my card was extremely annoying. I was not late paying and I was well under my limit.

Wouldn't help with a $900 fraudulent charge down in Mexico. It's safer to carry a wad of cash in a foreign country than use this credit card. They lost my business and hopefully many other accounts when they read this. Disgusting.

Horribly run company, scammers and liars.
Used them for about 8-9 years with consistently poor service and hard to get ahold of anyone, often getting transferred to the same department multiple times. NEVER EVER received my credit statements in the mail at multiple addresses and yes I update my address and get mail from every other company I deal with. Eventually I cancel to switch banks and pay off my remaining balance, fast forward 2 years and my credit has been tanking because they sent a 17$ payment to collections and never told me about it, I never received a call, email or letter in the mail telling me about this. Have to rebuild my credit because of this bogus company. Management is useless and refuse to take any blame and blame the post office for me not receiving any mail from them for 11 years.... Lol, they also have my phone number and email and never contacted me once. I recommend everyone stay far far away from this company.

I have not received my renewal cards yet, and they are both set to expire at the end of this month. When you call customer service, the message said they were having issues sending out some renewal cards but you could still use your card upntol the expiry date.
I called today and managed to get through to customer support. They said that there was a problem at their end, but had not sent the renewal cards. They were going to let my cards expire, which is an issue as I have a number of monthly payments come out on either card.

I was trying to get my credit card set up on my phone, and my call cut out so I was having trouble hearing the man I was talking to and when I said “sorry can you repeat what you said?” He proceeded to raise his voice at me. I asked him not to raise his voice as I have a hard time with technology and my cell reception and he proceeded to raise his voice at me so I hung up the phone and he called me back. I ended up getting on the line with a man who was very nice and apologized about the other man.

Really unimpressed with the service from this company. Every time I've had an issue, I've been given the runaround or straight up lied to. No help with fraudulent charges at all. I requested a raise to my credit limit two weeks ago. I was told I'd get a response in 7-10 days. I've heard nothing. My old card expires this month. I was told a new one was being mailed to me. Still nothing. As soon as I can pay this card off, I'll be closing it and going elsewhere.

The worst login experience ever! I got my Mastercard from financial institution, still using it. Moved to new place, tried tried and still trying to login in order to correct my mailing address or switch to online statements…. However, my financial institution is NOT even listed anymore. I am paying but it is impossible to log in. As this is not first time to spend hours trying to figure out where my login is moved, I am absolutely going to cancel card and continue with my other card from different institution.

Never even got the card in the mail. They sent me a bill for the annual fee, I called to cancel my card.... That I didn't even have, they cancelled it said I didn't owe anything. Now my credit score is being affected because of a late payment saying I owe $2. Scammers

I called customer service to request a new card the representative was very clear to hear because she had NO ACCENT that gets confusing and frustrating. My issue was fixed very quickly. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this representative.
