CNM bathroom review
I recently purchased all my bathroom features from CNM Online, including the shower, radiator, sink, and toilet, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything arrived on time, well-packaged, and exactly as described. The quality of the products is excellent – modern, sturdy, and stylish. Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend CNM Online for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

Poor customer service
We ordered a tap which unfortunately had too short a spot for our sink so returned the item unused. They refused to refund as they said it had been damaged. Upon the return of the tap the 'damage' to the tap was what appeared to be a bit of glue which wiped off easily. The other damage was to the arm that operates the plug which I know was not done by me and couldn't possibly have happened in transit so draw your own conclusion.

Resolved eventually to my satisfaction
Long delivery after paying extra for next day. Courier let them down, but that is their responsibility not mine.
Jess was very apologetic and refunded the delivery charge, thank you.

Quality products and Exceptional knowledge
Recently refurbished my house and wanted some designer radiators to complete the look. CNM had a wide range of products to choose from which can be daunting when try to buy the right thing. However their customer service was second to none. My call was answered within seconds and I was given expert advice on models based on room size and type. Without this advice I would have probably gone on to chose the wrong product. I can't recommend CNM highly enough.

Exceptionally good customer service.
On my online order I mixed up the delivery and invoice address and received exceptionally good customer service from Diane who ensured this mix-up got fixed and then got my radiator shipped from the warehouse so that it arrived exactly on the day that I needed.

Great Customer service
Great Customer service, genuinely made it hassle free; had an issue with a product, a replacement was shipped the very next day and collection of the faulty unit collected. Would recommend.
