I have not yet received my purchase. I have called customer service 2 times and they have been very kind and responded promptly however there’s only so much they can do. Seems like there is a delay with the courier but that has been difficult information to nail down. I still don’t know what caused the delay or when my package will arrive and now I won’t be able to use them because I’ve had to purchase an alternative.

When I first visited the CNM Online showroom, I was amazed at the amount of designs available for my bathroom. Wendy quickly established my preferred style and offered several beautiful brochures for me to take away and look through in the comfort of my own home. Praise for Wendy's patience, as I changed my mind several times, before deciding on a Burlington Suite. Wendy's knowledge in the parts and accessories that I required was staggering! CNM introduced me to their recommended plumber, Andy, who's workmanship was second to none. I would and have recommended CNM Online to anyone replacing their bathroom. I am over the moon with the end result!

There were a couple of hiccups with my order, related to quality issues. The basin that I ordered arrived promptly, but was in poor condition. However, I cannot fault CNM's customer service team, who responded to my issues promptly. Jess in particular went over and above to address my concerns. She even took calls on her mobile during her day off to push things along. Whilst it's regrettable to have had a issue in the first place, I felt the proactive response put things back on track and I would be happy to reorder from CNM again.

Exactly What I Needed – So Glad I Found These!

Honestly, I’d been looking everywhere for a small column radiator to fit under a low window, and no one seemed to do the size I needed — until I came across CNM Online. They had a 2-column radiator that’s only 300mm high and 515mm wide, which is exactly what I was after. Couldn’t believe my luck!

They’ve got loads of different lengths too, all the same low height, so it’s perfect if you’re working with limited space like I was.

I went for the floor fixing feet option since my wall isn’t the strongest, and they’re spot on — all the weight goes through the feet so I didn’t have to worry about it pulling away from the wall. Everything came in the same colour finish too, which is a nice touch.

I was also really surprised by the heat output — for such a small radiator, it kicks out loads of heat. Way better than I expected.

Really happy overall. Great size options, loads of colours, and fast delivery too. Would 100% recommend if you’re struggling to find a compact radiator that still does the job.

Everything I bought was with exceptional service. 3 Fivvy radiators .

I recently had two Fin Hutchingson radiators installed — 1800mm tall with 59mm pipes — and I can honestly say I’m blown away. I was a bit worried at first, especially as I was replacing my old radiators with these bespoke vertical ones and running them on microbore plastic pipe (15mm reduced to 10mm). I wasn’t sure if the output would be enough for my space.

But honestly, these radiators have exceeded every expectation. Each one kicks out 6229 BTUs and the heat they give off is phenomenal — instant, consistent, and far more powerful than I expected from the setup. They’ve completely transformed the feel of the room, both in warmth and in style. The design is sleek and stunning, and they feel like a serious upgrade in every way.

Huge thanks to the team behind these — I couldn’t be more impressed. It’s rare that something both looks this good and performs this well. Total peace of mind and zero regrets.
