I am in China but unable to make any calls I needed to telephone someone in the United Kingdom urgently but unable to make any outgoing calls online chat support useless, also email support useless I had to buy Chinese SIM to be able to make calls back to the United Kingdom. Avoid this company it doesn't do what's on the tin, what's the point in this SIM if you can't ring abroad from china and support is useless.

Worst network provider! Number porting in CM link! 3 days on, new number doesn’t work neither old number needs be ported in! Rang customer service, all they could advise is wait longer ! Avoid !

La scheda SIM è stata spedita il 25 febbraio e l'ho ricevuta il 26 febbraio. La rete mobile è eccellente; con il 5G raggiungo oltre 500 Mbps. Sono molto soddisfatto.

I have had £18 taken out of my business account today . I have no idea why as I haven’t had any contact with this company. I have reported it to my bank as fraudulent and blocked my card until it gets resolved

Spam calls, signal is really bad, no sim card error, trying to use esim but won't send activation link for 2 days and cut off my sim card mobil data, when link came it can not be activated, spent another 3 days to fix this, put me 1 week without mobile data.
It's price is not competetive either, Smarty offer similar price contract, would avoid with any cost.

they will call to you from time to time and ask you for upgrade. They do it in a way that you feel like owning them money

First day of sim activation. 2 spam calls in Chinese language. Everyday spam calls are normal.

Competitively priced and never had any issues. A good solid mobile provider.

With CMLink you get to experience an authentic awful Chinese customer service and business practices.

Here's an example - say you run out of data mid package. You can't just renew it or buy another you must wait till the old useless package expires and they try to force you to buying stupidly priced add-ons. Customer service won't help either... It's beyond stupid.

Oh and you'll start getting Chinese spam calls after signing up... Perhaps Chinese customers wouldn't think much of it, but as a British person I know 100% CMLink has sold my number.

Awful all around

It's hard to complain when the prices are so low but the service us mediocre.
I'm not talking about slow download speeds because they're to be expected for the price point but the coverage and signal stability are abysmal as well which should not be the case.

Bought and Top up Data with ICC.paid up but still no data. Lousy. 4th time it happened already. Always got issue with the Top Up card. Normal Card no issue.

Do NOT every get any product or service from China Mobile. This is a complete SCAM company.
I bought a visitor SIM for Hong Kong AT THE AIRPORT from them and they told me it also covers mainland and Macao inclusive in the plan, but it does NOT.
Instead, your money disappears and you are left with no data...

I bought two SIM cards for traveling in Italy and France. It worked well in Italy but not France. The internet connection shutdown suddenly on the second day in France. The contact between customers services took a lot time and not helpful. They kept repeating their manual. Do not recommend.

sim illimitata a 13.99, a 500gb limitano la velocità a 0.50mb,uno schifo,pinga alto sui 100ms perchè pur usando antenne wind hanno un server loro mi pare verso brescia(quindi la linea esce da li verso fuori e non da dove siete voi, tipo se siete in abruzzo lo speedtest fatto a roma esce prima da brescia e non dall'abruzzo a roma). allo stesso prezzo c'è verymobile(sempre wind) a 1000g con 5g.

A volte toglie completamente la rete per minuti interi e bisogna mettere il telefono in modalità aereo
Costi nell'ipotesi che finiscano i giga prima del rinnovo troppo elevati.

The price isn't great, get a number ported ASAP as you will get a lot of scam Chinese calls from the cmlink number.
The company is aimed at Chinese languages, however I use the company as it has great roaming for places like Turkey.

sono passato a cm link con 2 sim e sono stati rapidissimi mai visto niente del genere complimenti++ vanno con rete wind tre e funziona alla grande++ il contratto annuale da 4,16euro al mese con 30 gb e 1000 minuti è molto conveniente e funzionale per adesso tutto bene se in futuro dovesse cambiare qualcosa riferirò

MI dispiace molto lasciare la recensione solo 1stella ho notato che la connessione 5G oltre i 330 in download non va, ho testato tante volte la sua velocità è sempre uguale su 330 voglio dire perchè devo spendere un servizio a 8,99 per avere un 5G che mi sembra 4G
con un limite di banda cosi basso, ci sono gestori con il limite di banda molto più alta per non elencare altri servizi che non ci sono come il Volte 4G e le chiamate passano in 3G se il telefono non prende
l' sms che ti avvisa ti ho cercato o spendo non c'è in aggiunta molte volte va via totalmente la connessione internet è un vero disastro!
