I ordered from Club Monaco , worst ever experience , will never ever buy from them . They send the partial order after 20 days and when I contacted them to update about the other remaining items they told me that they didn’t have in stock , they charge for the entire order and didn’t refund unless I asked them to do . Worst customer service by the agent online .

I should have gone with my initial instinct. I went online to order a cardigan I have but in a different color. When I went to check out online, the website wouldn’t bring me to the page to enter my credit card information. I called customer service and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer, the rep let me know that they were aware of the website issues. Unfortunately, the rep did not know when the website issue would be resolved and did not know how long the current sale would be going on. The following day I was able to go online and purchase the cardigan. This was November 18th. By November 23rd, I sent an email to ask when the order would be shipped. After no response and now November 30th when my account still said order processing, I called customer service. My wait this time was 30 minutes, only to discover my order had been cancelled because it is now out of stock.

I purchased a jumpsuit in the store yesterday knowing it was too big. It was Black Friday and it was on sale with an extra 60% off. I asked my salesperson if she could located one in my size before I made my purchase.
She shrugged her shoulders and said all they had was what was in store. After trying it back on at home I realized the alterations were going to be too expensive to justify the sale price. I went online and I found one in my size (my salesperson could have done this for me). However, it was only 40% off the sales price. I decided to purchase it anyway thinking surely they would make a price adjustment via customer service for the same price as the one I had purchased the day before.
After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes the customer service representative quite frankly told me they would not make any kind of price adjustment.
Most of my work clothes are from Club Monaco. Not any more. Between the way I was treated in the store and then the way I was treated by the customer service department. I will not go back in that store again. After reading these reviews I’m concerned about what I just purchased online. Worst customer service ever. Take your business to Nordstroms where they value their customers.

If you are shopping online, you won’t be able to return the products. The purchase will come without shipping confirmation and without invoice. You can’t return the item in store without invoice and if you try to do it online you will always get the message “unable to complete your return”. The link to the order number info just lead to the main website.
Customer service is terrible and rude, provided no explanation, no assistance and will let you run around a circle until your return time limit runs out.
I used to like their products many years ago but now the quality of their products have gone downhill hence the reason why many people want to return their products

Return portal down since a week ago. Can't return online. No store close to me to return in person. What kind of company is this?

I had a terrible online shopping experience with Club Monaco. I purchased a dress on Oct. 14th with an estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days. After 14 days I had still not received anything and the dress had gone on sale in the meantime.

I contacted customer service and requested a price reduction or the option to reorder and cancel the original. They couldn't help with either. Then, I inquired about the expected shipping time and was told it would be sent within the next week at the latest. When I asked about the duration from shipment to delivery, I was informed it could take up to another 10 days.

Their return policy, allowing only a 30-day window from the date of purchase (and not from the date of delivery like most others), left me with no time to return the item. Feeling uneasy about the entire experience, I refrained from making an extra order. After a total of 3.5 weeks of waiting, my order was canceled, citing a "technical issue," contradicting information from customer service that mentioned understaffing.

The entire experience has left me with the impression that your company may not be trustworthy. I will never purchase from you again and will not recommend your services to others.

This company is a financial scam! I returned close to $1000 of items well within the return window, not worn, tags in tack, via their FedEx slip, with enclosed invoice. In retrospect, the online experience had so many questionable red flags. First they sent orders in piecemeal but yet every email update showed them all sent together and in duplicates. The invoice they include in their packaging is nebulous. I went to their site to create the return and they site read my items were already returned??!! The first rep issued me a return slip - ok problem solved I thought. Returned my items a few days later via FedEx and showed up at their location a week later. Now it's been well over 14 days and it still reads "return in process". Called customer service and they said it could take 40 days. What online company takes 40 days to refund in 2023????!!!! The rep helped me look up status and said my return was denied. What??!! - ok, someone will call you. I'm still waiting for someone to call me while the $1000 is collecting credit card fees on my account, Club Monaco has my merchandise and not processing my refund. This company is a scam!

Bought a coat online 3 days ago which was on sale. Just received it and it is too large.. They will not allow exchanges and now just 3 days later the coat is no longer on sale and it is $100 more... They won't honor the same price for a different size. I'd have to return and re order for $100 more. icky.
Basically if you buy something on sale and need a different size, better hope the sale doesn't end.
Lost a good customer.

If I could give zero stars for CM online shopping and customer service - I would. All the negative comments below are true. I’ve been shopping at CM for years and have spent thousands of dollars on this brand. Yet over the last three years, their online shopping experience and Customer Service have gone down the drain. I’ve been charged numerous times for items that never shipped and then I need to chase the refund. While I love their merchandise, these recurring issues indicate serious problems for the brand. Like the others on here, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sad to see such a great brand collapse.

Update: CM did refund for the items that were short-shipped. I will remain hopeful that the brand turns itself around so that I can shop without worry at CM.

They lost my package twice and never admitted or apologized. I didn’t even get reimbursed for the lost package the first time. For the most recent order, they did not provide a tracking number and kept saying that they don’t have the number. Then who tracks? Finally it’s been 21days since the order and i am not surprised to see nothing arrived. I am going to see if they actually reimburse for what they lost. And i am done with club monaco. Save your time by not buying.

This is my 2nd times having a problem with online order.
The first one about a week ago, I ordered 6 times but I only received 2 items. I emailed them, then they said the rest of my order was out of stock that's why they only charged for the 2 items that they sent it out. But I did not receive any email to notify me about their stuffs out of stock until I emailed them to ask.
Then few days ago, I saw those items back on stock, I ordered again, total 4 items. This time I got fully charged from my credit card for everything that I ordered. Earlier today I only received 2. Then I checked my card, nothing was refund. I emailed them, again they said the rest of my order out of stock and I have to call my bank to ask for the refund.
So I had to call my bank to explain and sent them all the email to prove what I received in order for me to get a partial refund.
Very very disappointed about their online purchase.

Calling even one minute after order is placed will get you answer that customer service cannot do anything. They cannot change a shipping address, cannot update anything and cannot cancel the order. Basically the company cannot do anything and than they ask you if they can assist you with anything else

To Club Monaco, I bought trousers and a blouse. No sign of the blouse. Just told its coming, then I receive a cancellation notice. Club Monaco staff send sloppy one line responses to emails which do not answer the questions asked. No sign of my blouse nor a refund. Simply terrible. Its a pity as I really like the product. Never buy online again. If CM want to fix this my order number is CM-02510495.

I realized I needed to modify my online order few minutes after I placed it, and the customer rep told me once I placed the order I'm on hook for it. She refused to make any changes even tho the order was just placed MINUTES ago!

I recently had a very bad interaction with one of your customer service representatives named, Haley. She was completely rude. I wanted to cancel within 5 minutes of placing the order, because I noticed one of the items was not what I had thought I ordered. She would not cancel the order and I asked what my options were, such as refusing the package or speaking to a supervisor. She raised her voice at me and hung up on me. I just wanted to cancel the order and place a new order for the items I thought was in my shopping bag. How do I escalate my complaint to a supervisor? Haley needs to be reprimanded for how she speaks with customers.

Got a pair of pants that cost 120 dollars and after a few times of wear, fabric start pilling.
Went back to the store and manager said no exchange and no refund
They do not care about customer service
at all.

Terrible company…please don’t buy from them. It’s been 4 weeks since I returned and I still haven’t received my refund of $450. I have contacted customer Sevice several times and they keep saying that I will get the refund but I still haven’t. Also the email that confirmed they received the return said I would get the refund within 14 days. Last time shopping with them. Better to buy clothes elsewhere where returns are refunded.

Returned an order for a refund in early January, well within the return window. I received an email confirming that Club Monaco received the refund on January 5th, 2023. I've sent several emails following-up and I have still not received my refund four months later. A total waste of money.

I received a 3 months long run around when I returned my order and ended up having to file a dispute with the bank to get my money back. They used to be a good company but not anymore. Buyer beware.
