Club Canary Tours Anmeldelser

Great customer service from Maria - very friendly and helpful.

We were worried we wouldn't be able to book the jetski safari with only one day in advance but the staff replied immediately to our questions via WhatsApp and within a few minutes our experience was booked. It's our 2nd experience with club canary and we definitely recommend it.

My friends and I were travelling to Tenerife for the first time and we wanted to enjoy our trip to the fullest and we booked 2 tours through Club canary. It was an amazing experience and we enjoyed both of our tours. We went on a jet ski trip and a private boat trip
everything was well-managed and we had a great time.

Booking trips through club canary was definitely worth it. Not only the customer service was amazing but all the trips were managed perfectly. I went buggy riding and visited the Siam park with a couple of friends and it was an adventurous and fun experience.Highly recommended.

Great company with great people, really helpful and understanding with a first time, couldn't recommend them enough!!

We went on a catamaran in Tenerife! After that we go for surfing and this was fantastic! The contact was pretty nice.

We had a great tour to Teide National Park with Club Canary! We enjoyed the day very much!
Also, the information and recommendations as well as the service was very good and professional. Unfortunately the cabel car did not run but we got the money back without any problems.
We can recommend Club Canary to everyone and would always book with you again!
Best wishes 🤩

We did the half day trip to Teide, it was tremendous value for money. Club Canary where a pleasure to deal with, we had a query with the booking and we got an instant reply from the live chat.

Probably one of the best tour companies in Tenerife, they were super cooperative and helped us get the best prices and experiences, would surely suggest anyone in Tenerife to choose them.

We booked 3 activities. Each of them were booked thru whatsapp. The answers we got were very clear, and they checked for avalability multiple times to give options! Club Canary offer great services!

Very good selection of the tours. We did a kayak tour and boat trip. Both super good.

We did a kajak tour for snorkeling and dolphin watching at Los Christianos.
Very poor organisation.
Firyt they didn't know, whether they have free kajaks at our preferred time.
Then the tour started late and we came back 1,5 hours later than scheulded. We were freezing but could not go immideatly to the office to change clothes. We had to wait till all kajaks were stored.
Very poor.

Snel antwoord, goede service. Aangename ervaring. Mooi resultaat!

Alles was geregeld via WhatsApp!

Great team and a fantastic whale tour. The online confirmation was very late, therefore not five stars.

Thanks for the good experience and really great atmosphere.
Both Eddy and captain were cheerful and doing their job professionally.

Bananaboat booked on internet and paid for, only to be called and told there was a problem. However, very responsive attitude to find another suitable activity and full refund received.
