Bestellung kam nach 2 Monaten nicht an, hab den Kunde Service kontaktiert. Diese haben mir nur geantwortet, dass das Paket ankam und ich bei Nachbarn oder Familie nachfragen sollte. Was für ein bullshit! Es kam gar nichts an. Und eigentlich müssten sie mir ja nachweisen können, dass das Paket mir zugestellt wurde. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich je mein Geld zurück bekommen werde - habe schon eine große Bestellung über die Seite aufgegeben.

Wish I could post of picture of the garbage they sent versus the garbage. i was trying to return this garbage. it does on the website they didn't send me a return label i did research about their customer service and i found this number which is₂₁₄₋₅₀₆₋₁₁₈TWOi contacted them on the same date and i requested a return label and refund i am so happy with the customer they sent what i want to return this garbage. out of my house

I bought a pair of cut out jeans for $80.00 (Australian dollars)
Now you would expect the fly zipper to last more than a week !
When l brought the problem to this rubbish website with photos and all they said they can’t help me it’s been over 7 days !!!
I only received the jeans 6 weeks after l purchased them from China!
Don’t bother buying trashy made clothes that fall apart save your money and buy well made clothes,

I was hesistant to buy because of all the negative reviews. I decided to try Clothmyth out and I'm soo happy I did! I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. The items arrived as pictured! Top-Notch and caring Customer service! Customer service kept me informed of my delivery every step of the way!

I ordered 2 cute blouses that totaled up to $62 and never got my items, they said that they were delivered never got them sent 5 emails what they said is that they sent me a email with the same blouses to rebuy and get 8 percent off the items again, I am trying to fight this problem and get my items back. they are GARBAGE AND HORRIBLE BEWARE PROCEED WITH CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING FROM THIS CLOTHES LINE.

This company is a fraud!! I ordered 2 months ago and have not received any items. I opened a PayPal fraud case in attempts to get my 112.00 back. On Facebook i counted 20 more posts with the same issue. Please people don't fall for the deceptive tactics these overseas businesses use to take our money. I am a real person with a real experience do your research before you trust these businesses !!

Their clothes are straight up GARBAGE! The material on one of the items felt like that flammable crap they made kids pajamas out of in the 70's !!
Adding insult to injury, I've been fighting with them for a refund since February! Stay away!

I ordered here and I urge anyone never to do this. I have never received my order. These are fraudsters . A good 120 dollars lost.

The item i recieved was nothing like what was advertised and what was paid for . I return the item and sent all returns information acrossed and recieved an email to say i would recieved my refund in 3-5 days its now 3 Month later and I have still not recieved anything and continue to have emails saying that this has been processed and wait another 3-5 days . AVOID WITH ALL COST ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND THE CLOTHES ARE DEFFO NOT WORTH THE PRICE !

I ordered a 3XL Bra for my wife, who is a 38DDD. Part of it came apart while she was putting it on, and another part, the stitching pulled apart, if it was ever stitched on to begin with, because after looking at it, it doesn't look like it was even sewn on. Even once she did get it on, it looked 3-4 times smaller than what it should have. Either it was an XL in a 3XL package, or it was entirely WAY smaller than the size chart stated. Kind of sucks for as long as it took for me to finally get it. (2 months to ship from China) Their size chart is NOT realistic, It shows a 3XL being a US size 16-18, but shows a 34.5in bust size? WRONG!!! US Size 16-18 bust sizes are normally a 38-40in. A 34.5in bust size would be a size 10-12 US, NOT a Size 16-18, Which probably explains why this product was way too small. WHen I contacted the company about getting a refund, I was told.....We are sorry for your inconvenience. But according our return policy, masks, swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories are personal and not returnable. How about sending $10 cash couupon for you? You can keep it as a gift.
To which I replied back.....Your size chart was WRONG, AND your product was DEFECTIVE. I want a refund for YOUR defective product sold with an incorrect sizing chart. A $10 cash coupon won't do me any good since I will not be ordering from you again. And they replied back with....The return process is more troublesome. How about we refund 20% of the unfit item? Or you can return them for a full refund or exchange. My reply? Refund 20%? That would be $1.99, or $3.99 if you go by the total with shipping. You want me to pay to return an item that was defective and clearly never should have gotten past quality control, let alone shipped out. Which is funny, because if you scroll up, you'll see that ****** told me I couldn't return it, but now your saying I can. Looks like I wasted $20.

I ordered from clothmyths since January 1st of 2021 and the order is yet to be delivered 1st they sent me a 5 dollar coupon saying it was delayed but ever since I have not received the order. I have been emailing them back and forth but yet the order have not yet been delivered up until today

SCAM!! I only gave 1 star because i have no other choice. I order a dress on January 16,2020. Upon tracking on the19th it show order is waiting to leave the warehouse. I still haven't recieve my order and today is February 8th. I email these people about 4times and they haven't reply. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!! $38.97!!

It's a fraud. Don't you ever buy from them. They won't deliver you anything and finally propose you a ridiculous discount instead. We all have to report them.

I bought a face shield on this website, very expensive and still fogs. Wouldn't recommend
