I had searched the internet for a reasonably priced pair off ugg boots and happened upon a fantastic special with this company as only my size left in stock.Ordering was really quick and easy, as was confirmation and dispatch, and I received the goods by mail within 48 hours - maybe I was lucky, but I am still really impressed!
Will certainly buy again and recommend them...

Do not order from this company a let down takes your money then says not in stock then say u have to wait 5 days for your money back angry is an understatement

I was worried about using this company after reading all the negative reviews, but when I saw they were owned by JD sports it put my mind at ease a little. My online purchase with them went very smoothly. Not only did I get a great product at a fantastic price, the delivery was quick too.

Worst experience of my life. I have paid on a Saturday to receive my order Sunday, as Monday morning I was supposed to catch my plane and what I bought was a gift. Of course the order didn't came. It is late Monday now and I haven't got it yet. The staff was really rude and they told me that I can sue them if I want. Prior to plcing my order I have contacted them and I specifically asked if it will be there tomorrow. The lady assured me. I have saved all the conversations in case they have the audacity to lie. I will never buy from here and neither are my friends and family. I wouldn't recommend you to buy from this website unless you've got time and brain to kill. They can't cope with their client's rights and it is not a serious company.

After reading the reviews I was a little concerned about buying from Cloggs, but the price was so good for a pair of Dr Martens that I thought it worth the risk.

I needn't have worried. Ordered them late on Wednesday night. I was advised by email that they had been dispatched on Thursday afternoon. I didn't pay for next day delivery so they arrived on Saturday by Royal Mail.

Speedy service and quality boots at a fraction of the price of the high street.

I ordered some tall Uggs for my wife's birthday from Cloggs- very good value at £120. Afterwards I searched for them on Trust Pilot and after reading the reviews I was apprehensive - probably would not have bought from them if I had read in advance. However I can't fault the company. Order acknowledgement immediate, I used the 'instant chat' on the website to contact customer services, who assured me order was going out and we received a brand new pair of Uggs ( in new box) the next day. I did pay £5.45 for next day delivery. Delivered by DPD so able to track the order to the door. Make up your own mind and maybe use the 'instant chat' to reassure yourselves, but personally I recommend.

Received a box that comes up to my chest and they expect me to use bin bags to refund as collect plus does not accept them!! Supervisor or customer service advisor did not once apologise for the inconvenience and still did not apologise for their companies fault in regards to this. Never order from them! Awful company

Absolutely uselsss! Sent a pair of uggs I paid £100 for and they sent me a worn pair! I returned with a note advising of return and they sent it back due to the fact they needed pictures? Why would you need pictures when they are sent to you! Customer service staff rude and dismissive. All the reviews are bad wish I had read up on them before purchasing the bunch of thieves

Second time they have sold me shoes they do not have in stock. They take the money and do not refund immediately! More fool me. I would not reccommend.

clueless company, sent for UK9 redwing beckmans and US9 (UK8) arrived. second time this company have done this to me. So send them back make a couple of calls and 2 weeks later the replacements arrive, the exact same pair of US9's that I posted back to them. Will be sending them back for a refund and will wear polythene bags on my feet before I use this mob again

I ordered 2 pairs of baby converse from site and received within the stated delivery time, however one box was perfect and the other was ripped and bashed, the shoes themselves were ok but it was a gift therefore I mailed cloggs and asked for a return. It was obvious they had been sent this way and not damaged in the delivery process as the other item was perfect and undamaged, which was disappointing. I was instructed to print returns label and semd using collect +, this I did with a note requesting an exchange.three weeks later I had received no correspondance and no exchangeditem. I then had to email cloggs again. By this point I have zero faith therefore asked for a refund which I got three days later. Shoddy service and no explanation nor apology offered. Would not recommend. This whole process has taken over a month.

I purchased the last pair of Ilse Jacobsen ladies wellies size 3 - the last pair in the warehouse. Delivery was super quick and they arrived yesterday. The box was a bit bashed but as it was the last pair I wasn't concerned. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the boots inasmuch as one was one size the other another! I have to say that the customer service has been to-date superb. I was able to get through on the phone straight away and spoke to Matt who was very helpful. He referred me to his manager, Laura, who he assured would call me back. True to their word within a couple of hours my call was returned. The problem couldn't be resolved as they have no more in stock but I have been assured I will be fully refunded. Given the response so far no reason to doubt it. Will let you know if things don't conclude as they have commenced but I certainly don't have any issues at all and can't thank Matt and Laura enough. Would use them again. KG

I didn't have to phone customer services as I kept my Ralph Laren boots which were half price on this site and were exactly as described .

Found the shoes my daughter wanted for her wedding day on this site
Spoke to customer service to check they had them in her size in stock which they did
Paid for next day delivery (good price)
Informed all the way along the journey by email and text
Notified of delivery, excellent customer experience would recommend to anyone
Very happy daughter now!

Returned a pair of converse purchased in October after being sent the incorrect size. I went through the correct system of returning these through collect plus and I'm still currently waiting for a refund.

If I hear another excuse about systems changing and takeover etc I will scream! An honest customer does not need to be bombarded with excuses - you just want your money back!

I don't think my issue would even have been looked at had I not contacted them to see where my refund was. Many calls chasing up and many emails having to prove time and time again what my details are and the tracking number have still not resulted in a refund. Apparently it's being processed now but I can't trust this.

Cloggs' inaccurate website description of Dubarry boots led to an erroneous purchase by me. Their Terms and Conditions fail to state clearly their 'no-returns/exchanges-after-28 days' policy. Their telephone customer care staff promised me three times a call back from a manager with some authority to interpret the rules flexibly. Never happened. Email lost in their system. Finally email exchanges: specific questions from me, 'sincere apology' responses from them but no clear answers or negotiation; 'claims' and 'senior management' telling the wretch I was dealing with that it was all finished. I could name names here but the poor b***ers are obviously suffering within a shambolic system and under primitive management. I got first class treatment from Dubarry themselves when I phoned and told the sad story; they have swopped the boots at no charge.

Disgusting customer service from Cloggs. Ordered white converse and was sent cream, sent 3 emails, no reply. Tweeted them multiple times no reply although their Twitter page stages "we reply to tweets 9am-5pm". Called their customer service line and was told "they're not cream your just looking at them in the wrong lighting" even though I have 3 previous pairs of the same colour. Still haven't been able to return the item due to having no response, and from what I've seen from other customers failed returns, I don't think I'll get my money back. Why are they still allowed to rip people off.

I used to buy from Cloggs all the time up until a couple of years ago and never had any issues...always top notch customer service. I am not sure if it is since JD sports took over (in 2013) that things went down the pan or if it is just a coincidence! I purchased a pair of shoes over 10 days ago... their delivery times on the website state that they deliver within 5 working days - it has gone over this. They were quick to take the money but have not one replied to any of my emails asking where my shoes are. Its a bit worrying that most of the links on their website that you need to contact them (eg HELP) dont work and that the information regarding telephone sales gives opening times but no number. There is a customer service number but no one answers. Very frustrating - come on cloggs get your act together and start honouring the sales that you are making!

If anyone from cloggs reads this i would appreciate a response - and my shoes!!

24/10/2016 called to speak to their customer service to get a status of the order only to be told they have no record of it in their system. The "excuse" is that they back office system that takes the orders is different to the system in the warehouse..their resolution cancel the order get the money back and re order. If i didnt phone up and query the order they would NEVER have told me that they were not going to dispatch the goods. Lady on customer service had no access to the order, order information, stock availability (online the shoes i am after are no longer available!!). They are so quick to take the money but totally worse that useless at order fulfilment or customer service.

Annoyed and frustrated - and WILL NOT be shopping here again.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of trainers in August, I returned all of the shoes and the trainers as the wrong colour was sent to me. I requested that the correct pair of trainers be re-sent but again, on receipt, the wrong colour was sent so these were also returned. I paid for all of these items on my credit card, unaware that i was only refunded for 2 pairs of shoes, I received my credit card bill along with a charge for £14 for non payment of my bill and interest charges. Had these items been refunded at the correct time there would have no charges incurred. To make matters worse it took several phone calls to finally get all of my money refunded. I have written a letter to customer services and sent a further email and have not received any response. Bad customer service!

I am waiting for my order 12 days now.
I am trying to contact them via e-mail to find out what is happening
but i dont get a reply.
Seem like they don't care.
