I visited Boots chemist in Covent Garden. As I wanted to buy some Clinique products Unfortunately that didn't happen.I waited over 15 minutes and despite trying to get the attention of the sales associate to ask how long I'd needed wait.I was blatantly ignored. The same thing happened today at Clinique,Stratford Westfields. Maybe some customer service training would be beneficial to the staff located in these sites. Clinique would then be making more sales and rather than loosing them.

Don’t hold your breath for delivery
Still waiting for my order placed on 4 August. The first despatch went missing and the replacement hasn’t left the warehouse yet. chat facility is slow and there is a “couldn’t care less” vibe coming from their responses. Have been a very loyal customer for many years - no longer.

I ordered a birthday present for my aunt on Thursday. The following Monday it has still not been dispatched. No customer service telephone number. Live chat not good. This will be a belated gift. This is not what I expected from an expensive luxury makeup company.

Clinique deals in bait and switch
This is not the first time I have had an atrocious experience with the way that Clinique conducts itself and treats customers. Now deception and false advertisement can be added to the long list of their unsavory practices. They emailed me a promotion code, which did not specify any conditions or restrictions, to encourage me to buy Clinique after a long pause. When I tried to apply it to my online orders, the system would not accept the code. Contacting the customer service did not resolve the issue but added to my frustration. Clinique's unscrupulous practices, namely sending false promos and unwillingness to show good faith, further puts their brand into disrepute and damages the brand. I personally feel so appalled by this experience that will probably never bring myself to buy from them again.

For the second time, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, but I was not informed until after my order had shipped. If I had known the item I really wanted was out of stock, I would have cancelled the whole order. Yet, it is still listed on their website.

Clinique website is a Disaster!!
The Clinique website is absolutely the worst! It is slow to load and product info jumps around. I would hazard a guess that this is the original website platform from 1990! The Chat feature is a joke, and Customer Service needs a lesson in how to use a helpful tone of voice rather that the "I could care less about making this sale". Time to reconsider if Clinique needs my business, and if I really need Clinique products.

I ordered a product with a free gift…THAT NEVER CAME! AND CLINIQUE CANADA CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL! NEVER PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN!
I ordered a product with a free gift promised and never received the gift after several attempts through CS, no emails saying product was not available anymore, and unsatisfactory resolution of a different (inferior without the products I wanted) gift....if I had not followed up, I would have not gotten anything at all! This is sub-par CS for a large company. After getting escalated to a supervisor they refused to let me speak to their supervisor saying there was nobody higher to speak with (yes that was a lie) poor business practices tend to be a huge detriment to companies now with the threat of going viral on social media and I'm about to spread my poor experience on every platform multiple times until I get a satisfactory resolution!

Na het lezen van de recensies was mijn vertrouwen niet groot meer(pas gaan lezen na de bestelling ). Bestelling ging makkelijk en kreeg gelijk bevestigingsmail. Daarna netjes een mail gehad dat de bestelling verzonden was. Echter de track and trace code werkte niet. Ik dacht nou daar gaan we!! Via whatsapp een gesprek aangegaan. Eerst een digitale assistent. Duidelijke vragen en na een paar minuten werd me gemeld dat er een adviseur ingeschakeld zou worden.
Binnen 10 seconde werd de app overgenomen. Adviseur verzekerde mij dat er contact met UPS opgenomen zou worden en ik de juiste link zou krijgen. Is allemaal gebeurd en vandaag werd keurig mijn pakketje afgeleverd ( na 3 werkdagen). Enigste nadeel vind ik de bezorging via UPS. Hanteren niet echt een gebruiksvriendelijk systeem

Clinique ain't what it used to be
Clinique ain't what it used to be. Awful website where products jump about all over the place making it diffictult to read. I remember when their products were high grade and customers treated in a way that made you feel special. There are less and less hypoallergenic products now which is what they were known for.

no one listens
It is impossible to contact anyone at Clinique.ca for errors that only option is chat and that was a disaster. An order placed on April 13 with attempted delivery failed and package was returned to Clinique. I contacted Clinique through their online chat. Specifically said that living in a condo without a concierge the delivery would be impossible and delivery should be by Canada Post. The chat supposedly took the information and informed me the package would be sent out for a second time. Delivery attempted this past week April 25th, I wasn't home and it was the same delivery company so the package has gone back to Clinique again. There is no point in having a chat line to help if there is no help. Its like having a suggestion box and never looking at the suggestions. Really poor service on Clinique's part.
I don't want the order now. I don't know what's happened with their service but it used to be good. I just want a refund so I can walk away.

Concealer bestellt, auch bekommen jedoch mit falschem Farbton - Apricot statt Peach.
Neuer Versuch- also wieder bestellt- und wieder ist der selbe Fehler passiert.
Ich bestelle nichts mehr, weil ihre Mitarbeiter zu blöd sind und nicht zwei Farbtöne auseinander halten können.

A poor review that Clinique made right!
What a nightmare. I refused the package due to I was late in the cancelation window, my fault, but trying to get my refund was something else! Still was 10$ short but I'm just glad to be done with them. If you can, go to the store instead of dealing with online chats, I would do that, never again!!
This is an edit to my original post of one star. Clinique reached out after seeing the poor rating and refunded me the difference. I had no idea they saw these reviews. I’m grateful they are a business that takes pride in keeping their customers happy and continue to stay with the brand. Speaks volumes. Thank you, it means a lot. In the end they deserve a five star review!

Ho contattato il servizio clienti, tramite chat (unico modo per avere un riscontro, non esiste nemmeno una mail dove poterli contattare) per informare del fatto che all'interno di un cofanetto acquistato, il mascara risultava già secco e inutilizzabile. Mi hanno risposto che non rispondono dei prodotti non venduti da loro direttamente o dai rivenditori utilizzati, fregandosene altamente del fatto che comunque il prodotto era difettoso. Visto il prezzo dei prodotti e la qualità che tanto decantano, pensavo di ricevere un altro tipo di risposta. Hanno perso ovviamente un cliente che non gli farà buona pubblicità.

They Try Stealing Their Customer's Money
I have ordered Clinique moisture surge the 125ml and never got my package delivered since UPS left it in front of my door and I wasn't home, when I got back home there was no packages. I thought the delivery will probably arrive couple of days later so waited and then checked my email and saw it said it was already delivered. I then called Clinique and had to spent about 35mins before they have told me to deal with UPS delivery since they are the one who has delivered my order. So I had to call UPS and spent another 30 mins on filing a case for lost items. After all of that I had to wait about a month and never saw any progress with the case and I called back UPS and they have said it's an on going case to be patience and wait. After a week from speaking to UPS I got an email saying file was closed and declined, which means they can't do anything about the item being lost since they have delivered it at my doorstep. Now, I didn't know what to do so I called Clinique back again to explain the situation because I ordered from them and lost my money, so they have said they can't do anything if UPS closed the file and declined it. So now I had to call UPS once again and argued with them for them to understand my situation and they have finally gave me a claim number to call back Clinique and give it to them, for me to get a refund. For the 4th time I had to call Clinique again and give them the claim number and they have told me everything is done and that they are refunding my money which I should be getting it within 2-3days. I waited about a month and never got my money back, so I called Clinique back again and asked them what's happening how come they haven't sent my money back and the person on the phone from customer service has told me sorry it was never sent something went wrong on their end. If I never called back they would've just kept my money. They have the worse customer service and policies. I am not ordering from Clinique ever again.

Clearly happy to swamp the NHS with pregnant women seeking advice on skincare products!! Absolutely disgusting.
Surely should be possible to say whether their anti blemish range of products is safe for use generally in most pregnant women or not. It’s a fair proportion of their female population at any one time.
They’ve lost a customer of 15+ years.

Des véritables enc...et des escrocs!!!Ayant commandé un coffret cadeau pour ma femme pour Noël, je l'ai retourné le 27 décembre exactement pour demander un remboursement, car impossible d'échanger. Cela fait plus d'un mois que j'attends le remboursement à présent. Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un en ligne, seulement leur service clientèle de mer... sur WhatsApp. Encore aujourd'hui ils se disent désolés, et ils reviennent vers moi dès que possible !!! Je vais porter plainte pour vol et escroquerie.

Il est totalement IMPOSSIBLE d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone pour prendre un RV anesthésiste ou de contacter le secrétariat d'un médecin, que ce soit au 0145915565 ou au 0186863444. On est obligé de se déplacer à la clinique pour prendre un RV, sans savoir s'il y aura quelqu'un au secrétariat du service concerné ce jour-là. Et c'est pareil pour joindre le secrétariat de mon gynécologue. Autant mon médecin et les secrétaires sont adorables, mais elles m'ont dit que ce n'est pas elles qui prennent les appels mais qu'au standard, ils ne répondent pas car ils ont trop d'appels, donc, ils ne les transfèrent pas au service concerné. . J'ai de la chance d'être en bonne santé et de pouvoir marcher et prendre les transports en commun. Mais comment font les personnes âgées qui doivent se déplacer ? C'est vraiment inacceptable. Franchement, faites quelque chose pour changer le service qualité de l'accueil téléphonique parce que c'est une catastrophe. Vous imaginez, si quelqu'un essaie de joindre la clinique en cas d'urgence ? C'est inadmissible.
