El jueves 11 de Junio, asistí a un taller de maquillaje, en Corte Inglés de Arabial, Granada, que lmpartieron Marta y Gloria, las promotoras de la firma, el cual fué muy ameno y constructivo.
The worst lid ever Clinique take the day off
I bought the product from Clinique make up remover, Take the day off, and I can not even try it as the lid is nit opening, it has a "special" protection for children. I could not open the first bottle so I went again to the shop to change that bottle thinking that something is wrong with the lid but secon bottle is the same, its just a nightmare a struggle to open it. Once you have it wrong its broken and you just scroll it forever without the possibility to open the bottle.

I have tried to order online for almost a week, there system is down the only way to know this is if you phone. No resolution or comms providing up dates. A password reset was needed due to an error on their end! No one cares and can’t help! Avoid at all costs
Worst service
I've spoken to customer service three times, and I've been waiting a month for a refund for an order that never arrived. They always tell me that the refund takes longer. They should have a better system for this, like other companies that refund instantly. I'm very disappointed with their service.

clinique.com - If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would have. I've been a user of Clinique products for the past 30+ years. My horrible experience with clinique.com is going to make me look intensely and intently for a replacement product. It seems they think that the purpose of customer service is to get you off the phone or chat as quickly as possible even if means telling you OUTRIGHT LIES!! My saga began when I tried to get 2-day delivery for an order which had a time limit within which it had to be delivered - it was denied and switched to standard delivery, without explanation. I initially thought that this meant they realized it would not be needed based on the address. Was I wrong! After two days of checking the order, the site still said the order was being packed and had not yet shipped. I tried to cancel the order but as more than 60 minutes had passed could not. I then tried to get the order shipped to a new address. I was told the order had already shipped - this while their site kept saying that the order was still being packed! After I persisted, this time with a supervisor, I was told that only the shipper could change the address and was given a tracking number. I've now been trying to contact the shipper, which still has not received the package AND whose site says that in order to change the delivery address approval is needed from the retailer!! At this point, I can only cross my fingers and hope that the package arrives in time - I have no way to get it returned without causing inconvenience to other people which I hoped to avoid. My search for a replacement product starts NOW! Any recommendations please share.
Jitsu Delivery Was Okay!
I placed an order on clinique.com on Friday, March 21st, and received the order on Tuesday, March 25th. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the delivery person left my package on the first floor (in the area next to the mailboxes) instead of delivering the package at my front door on the third floor as I requested.

Terrible Customer Services-forgot to add an item to my order that comes for free under the offer so called and had to explain many times to the representative who kept talking over me and every time I tried to help her locate the offer item that she couldnt find she failed locating it. Inexperienced and rude .. I asked for her supervisor who was professional and resolved the 40-min long struggle in 2 minutes

Think twice before you order from Clinique’s website! In SoCal, the company uses a delivery service called Jitsu. The Jitsu driver left the package at a home six houses up the street in a planter next to the sidewalk??? By the time I figured out what had happened the parcel was long gone. Jitsu’s rep looked at their tracking data & admitted the driver screwed up. After repeated entreaties to Clinique I was told they’ll investigate and it will take up to 10 days. Take your business elsewhere!

Als ik Clinique Nederland vraag waarom ze nog steeds microplastics gebruiken in hun producten, krijg ik geen antwoord.

Ik heb op 17 januari een bestelling gedaan, kreeg een bestelbevestiging en een bericht dat het onderweg is, maar nog niets ontvangen. Het lukt mij niet om de klantendienst te contacteren, telefoonnummer is niet in gebruik en op mails antwoorden ze niet.

Days ago. It was 2 days before it was even dispatched - then nothing. I was told that parcel is missing and they will reissue the order - 2 days later it’s still not dispatched and have no facilty to offer next day delivery - woeful. Won’t be using online service again however when I do go to the counters (if you can find them) they never have any stock!!

I have been a loyal customer for a long time. They advertised a sale on makeup and I decided to order my usual favourite foundation, but also an eyeshadow palette and an eyeliner. That's a real treat for myself because I usually don't splurge on high-end products like this. Drug store eyeliner is good enough because I'm not rich.
I placed the order on November 29th. The order was delivered on December 10th. The eyeshadow palette was not in the parcel. I was super bummed because I was really looking forward to it.
I got ahold of a customer service agent on the chat and told them I was missing an item and they said "No problem. We'll resend it." I asked if I could have a tracking number and an email confirmation and they said they don't do that for re-orders.
Almost two weeks later and I still haven't received what I ordered. I went to customer service again and they were really snarky with me like "what do you want now?"
I just want what I paid for. This is not the first time I've had difficulty with an order either.
Horrible Customer Service
I placed an online order on 11/30/24, but never received it. Whenever I'd enter the tracking number on their website it said "estimated delivery is whatever that days' date happened to be" No package would be delivered, and I'd get the same message the next day, with that days' date on it. After this went on several times I tracked it on the website of the shipping company that Clinique uses. On that website (a company called Ontrac) the tracking number said my package had been scanned at their mailing facility in Orlando on 12/6/24. It never moved from that site. I waited a few more days then tried to talk to an online agent on the Clinique website. I explained that apparently my package was lost, and I requested a refund. The agent refused, insisting the package was on the way. When I said that it had been at the Ontrac facility since 12/6/24, and obviously they couldn't find it, the Clinique agent said "Just because they can't find it doesn't mean it is lost!!" I asked the agent to email me a transcript of this very unhelpful chat, and was told he couldn't do that, and quickly ended the chat.
I contacted my credit card company, and spoke to them on the phone, plus I mailed them copies of the order, and downloads showing the tracking history. In no time the credit company took care of this, and I was issued a credit. (Thank you Barclays!) As for Clinique, when I enter the tracking number on their website now, it says "Package Exception". That's it. No email to me with an explanation or apology. Of course packages can get lost in the mail. What upsets me is how they initially refused to take any responsibility, or admit this had happened. I have been a regular customer for years, and have ordered from Clinique several times in the past with no problems. Although I like their skin care products very much, (and have spent several hundred dollars on them) I will no longer be using them because of this horrible experience. Their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. Shame on you Clinique!

Une compagnie reconnue, mais avec un pire service à la clientèle. On doit payer les frais de retour lorsque l’on n’est pas satisfait du produit. Si on doit payer ces frais, cela rend l’expérience encore plus décevante. Ils écrivent toujours dans leurs courriels: « You are a valued customer and your satisfaction is very important to us« , mais en réalité c’est au contraire.

Never going to order from them again. They want their free gift back with the return, but wont send me another free kit for another order i placed and forgot to add the coupon. What are you even there for if you can't HELP me with that. Too bad i loved their moisture surge but i gotta find some other brand to switch to.

8 weeks use from £30 eyeshadow?
I am normally so happy with Clinque makeup and I have been using this brand for over 25 years!! They stopped doing my eye shadow 6 months ago and replaced it 'shadow and definer'. It's lasted me 8 weeks and almost £30. My previous chub stick eyeshadow (now the range is discontinued) lasted over a year!! Its run out this morning. Seriously? Have I been given a faulty one?
