A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. So what went wrong is that they said that it couldn't load it had failed to load and I just wanna make sure that we're all on the same page, because this could happen to not just me, but other people around the world wanting to make money off this, they could be like, well, I can make money out, let's upload some photos and then it has failed to upload like nobody's gonna want that to happen.
