A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. We care about our customers. Thank you, Martyn

I love and appreciate The ClickASnap support team. They are quick, patient and considerate when my bank blocked my payment subscriptions to them. The ClickASnap support team simply set another date to withdraw again and told me not to worry. I talked to my bank that this a legitimate annual subscriptions i have with them.

Your photos are no longer visible because your account has been banned following a serious breach of clickasnap’s Terms of Service.
As explained in the support email sent to you earlier, our review identified stolen content being uploaded to your account. Uploading images that you do not own or have the appropriate rights to use is a severe breach of the terms that all members agree to adhere to when using clickasnap. As a result, the account was banned and its content is no longer accessible.
