Clever was good to us during our time staying in one of there apartments. They were considerate of I and my husband. We had a wonderful time, maintenance was done time to time .Also they notify us when coming to do routine check and maintenance. We are glad we stayed .Grace

I was helped throughout all the stages by the staff, who were always very kind. In particular, I would like to thank Connor and Sofia, who were incredibly patient with me and supported me at every step. As a foreigner, I would have had a lot of difficulty understanding the various procedures for renting the room without their help.

Laura was very helpful and understanding as i called to be let into my house as I was locked out and left my keys. She said Tiago her colleague was near by and he was here within 10 minutes which was amazing. Thank you for helping me in an annoying situation.

Had a very responsive service from Charlotte in the maintenance team. Unfortunately had some issues accessing my apartments and the issue was rectified within hours.

There was some maintenance being done outside of my building which caused disruption to my power in my flat. I called the emergency number as it was out of hours and Ryan was amazing, he found out what was going on and got an update to me so quickly! He communicated the situation and what the timeframe for the works would be and was very helpful, answering all of my questions. The issues were resolved same day!
