Clearwater arrived on time and gave me an honest, precise view of the problem and the potential for it to cause issues down the line. Sadly, the job wasn't right for them because of those issues, but they stated their reasons which made perfect sense and put me in the right direction to involve insurers.

Bath taps
The plumber (Michael) and his apprentice started work straight away after I’d explained what I wanted. I was warned in advance of a possible problem but luckily everything went smoothly. The job was done in just under an hour plus Michael had spotted that a new cold water connection was needed.
Very happy with the work and would use Clearwater and especially this plumber again.

This company are top class
This company rescued me . Luckily they were able to install a new boiler at short notice. Quote received within hours, times arranged, all efficiently organised, Paul even got here a day early and without any fuss got on with installing the boiler, did all the checks, everything working nicely after the second day. I rate him very highly. Left everything tidy and was a happy man to have around.

Very easy and convenient to book a service. Engineer arrived at the appointed time ready to work, treated my home with respect and left work area clean and tidy.

Professional producing a quote but too expensive
In terms of getting a quote for the work, excellent, booked a time, they phoned before the appointment and turned up on time. They appeared well informed, friendly and very professional.
The quote itself arrived in good time. Unfortunately, it was very high and not close to other quotes that I had received, with labour costs being particularly high.

Annual boiler service
Paul has serviced our boiler for the last 3 years. Always honest and genuine. Advised on a couple of setting changes to help with the increased energy costs we are all facing. For the sake of £102.00 a year I will continue to use Clearwater every year for peace of mind.
