Excellent purchase and have been purchasing for the past few years .

If only the shipping can be waived will make it even a better package

Items were all received in good condition, with expiry dates ranging from 2021-2023! Prices are all very reasonable and delivery is relatively fast, considering i ordered during the holiday season, ordered on 23 December, received on 30 December!

and the buying online was easy although the website could look pretty scamm-y so I wouldn't have bought from this website if my friends didn't recommend this space

Clear4Vision didn't ship for over a week. Their phone number doesn't work and their email support is unresponsive. After 8 days, the only way I got a reply was by opening a PayPal case. They said they hadn't even ordered my contacts yet and refused to ship unless I cancelled the PayPal case. That's not how PayPal cases work; the merchant is supposed to resolve it by uploading the tracking information. Overall, it was a nightmare experience as I was on a tight deadline to receive the contacts, so I had to order elsewhere last minute for more money. I never received my order from Clear4Vision but they provided a refund after this huge headache. Avoid at all costs.

Honest prices, delivery on time, ease of purchase.

Had been buying my contact lenses every 6 mth. Everything were good.

On placing an order and making payment it should be very clear when delivery will take place.

Currently the order is placed and money taken with a vague delivery in 7 days. When 7 days arrive and after chasing I discovered there would be a delay in shipment due to a stock deficit. This has happened twice to me.

It would be more honest if a delivery date was provided at the point of order and if that date can't be provided then payment should not be taken until a delivery date is established.

Hahaha still haven't recd the order. They emailed me saying that its been delayed and 3 days is the lead time. It was the same issue the last time. It's been way more than 3 working days now. 8 days to be precise. And their customer Care number has disappeared from their website. Company issues ? 😱

I've used them for years and recently they have failed me on an order, I have tried to email several times over 2 weeks. They mentioned a live chat, I have also used Facebook to try to reach out. Cannot get through the landline. Please dont put 24/7 support, when you cannot even answer emails in a timely fashion. From ordering on 18th November to no delivery until now.
