Sarah Evans and Emily Harding were fantastic
Sarah Evans and Emily Harding were fantastic in dealing with my mother’s flat purchase. They responded promptly to emails and often even answered the phone themselves. If busy, someone on their team took a message and my calls were always returned. They spoke in clear, plain terms and were flexible in sending hard copies when my elderly mother requested these instead of emails.
I cannot really rate them highly enough. I only wish that we had asked them to help with our sale too - our London solicitor was exhausting in her inefficiency!

This is my second review for CJCH
This is my second review for CJCH. They did an excellent job of the purchase on my mother in law's new flat and they have now just completed the sale of her house. A big thank you to Kimberley Lenahan who handled things super professionally, always reacted quickly to e mails and was generally on top of the whole process (and the sale happened very fast so she needed to be).
