Not only we were happy with the quality and amount of the information provided, but also with the kindness and joy of the work of our guide Hager. Really outstanding! Not only she led so well a big group of a multinational group, but she also responded to all requests and doubts of the participants (myself included). On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour. I would also like to underscore the professionalism of Giuseppe (the bus driver) - reliable professional, despite the challenges brought about by the road to St. Moritz. Congratulations, City Wonder!

Wir haben eine Buchung über citywonders getätigt die zwei Unternehmungen umfasste. Eine fiel vor Ort aus und es wurde eine Teilerstattung zugesichert. Bis heute nichts eingegangen. Auf Nachfrage heißt es bei viator (die sind wohl dafür zuständig) immer dass es weitergeleitet wurde an die Rückerstattungsabteilung. Diese sei aber weder für Kunden noch für viator selber telefonisch noch über Email erreichbar. Wenn das mal nicht ein Witz ist. Eine Abteilung die sich um Rückbuchungen kümmert aber als eigene Unterabteilung nicht zu kontaktieren ist... Das Geld ist weg und keine Hilfe vom "Support Team"

Rob our guide was excellent. Very friendly and funny too. He made our tour great taking us to all the perfect spots to see changing of guards. Would have missed lots of this special ceremony if we didn’t have Rob to show us around. Thanks Rob!

This is a scam company! Sold me tickets for the Vatican at 3 times the price by mimicking the design of the official website! Don’t be caught out like I was

Great tour!! The guide makes all the difference, and she was great!!

My flights were cancelled due to the conflict in the middle east and my trip was cancelled and there was no consideration to provide a refund. dismissive and unreasonable.

Nathalie was an excellent guide. Friendly, very knowledgeable and steered us efficiently from site to site so we could enjoy the whole experience from the best possible viewing points. Highly recommended.

We went on the Pompeii, Amalfi coast and Sorrento tour today (16.2.25) from Rome.

We arrived at piazza de popolo to be met by 2 members of staff who directed us to the correct tour guide. After a short walk to the bus (less than 5 mins) we were off!

Our tour guide Marius was very knowledgeable of local attractions on the coach journey. He was very attentive and offered support and information wherever possible.

We had a rest stop on the way and the way back at a service station.

In Pompeii our guide Carlos was very good. He gave lots of short stops to allow people to take photos as well as using humour to make the tour feel less lengthy. Despite the downpour of rain we had a great time exploring this archaeological site.

We got back on the bus and drove down the Amalfi coast. Our driver Giani made this look easy…

We stopped at a limoncello factory where we received 3 free shots of limoncello and pistachio cream and then were presented with a nice gift on the bus from the company.

We were then dropped in Sorrento for 2 hours to have some free time. It’s low season so lots was closed but there was still plenty to do!

Back on the bus for a long drive back to Rome!

Our guide Troy at the studio was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He made the day fun and I really appreciated being able to get front row seats at the major stops. Our guide that met us at the train station did a great job to get us to the studio.

Abbiamo prenotato una visita guidata a Parc Guell di Barcelona alle 9:30 codice prenotazione GYGMX4QZ6FZ3 per 4 persone. A causa del ritardo dei mezzi pubblici non siamo riusciti ad arrivare 15 minuti prima e siamo arrivati alle 9:30. Il tour era già entrato, e ci può stare. Ma il fornitore non ci ha inviato i biglietti elettronici già pagati per poter ugualmente eseguire l’accesso e visitare il parco. Ci hanno negato l’esperienza, non abbiamo ricevuto nessun rimborso e non abbiamo nessuna ricevuta che loro abbiano realmente acquistato i nostri biglietti. Ci hanno inutilmente proposto di rifare l’esperienza settimana prossima in cui noi eravamo già a casa

Recomiendo la visita guiada a los Studios de Harry Potter, nuestro guía fue maravilloso, muy amable y tuvimos mucha suerte de que, con nuestro nivel de inglés no muy avanzado, entendimos casi todo de sus explicaciones. Una gran experiencia que recomendaremos.

Nous avons fait une très bonne visite avec la guide Thelma, des visites surtout en anglais, et quelques unes en français aussi à Paris.

Our guide, Julie expertly guided us through Guèll Park in Barcelona. She was lively, informative, and so patient with our questions. She truly personalized our experience and brought the experience to life. Julie is top notch! Thank you!

We were on the coliseum, Palentine tour with PG yesterday. He had knowledge but did not once in 3+ hours stop to ask if any of us had questions. We also had no breaks whatsoever. It would have been appropriate to have at least 15 minutes for a comfort break or to visit the gift shops on the site. Guiding a tour from a 3 ring binder is not the best approach to use.

We booked because of a very promising ad&recommandations on Booking.com;describing full rich day in Mont St Michel of guided tours and food/eating (even at restaurant). We thought it was overselling it and discovered since then there was cheaper way to get there and with possibility to visit longer. We travelled all day in bus for in fact just actual 3 hours visit (mostly by ourselves): not enough time for this stunning and memorablble monument. And no time to eat to the contrary of what the ad said. (Rest/stop times during bus journeys back and fro, were innacurate; no food near the starting point for the return). Maja and Lawrence spoke very little about Mont st Michel compared to/in proportion of other subjects (where they were passionating and richly informed and generous in their sharing).

Me and my boyfriend did the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel & St Peter's Basilica tour on Saturday with Cosimu and it was AMAZING! Cosimu started off the tour by being so friendly and full of life! The tour was so detailed and informative and that is all thanks to Cosimu's complete professionalism. I couldn't recommend him enough! Anyone who gets the pleasure of having him as a tour guide will enjoy every second

We had a train scheduled that we missed, tried working with them, paid extra for rescheduling they confirmed all was good and next day we would be able to travel, out of the blue they canceled, creating issues with our itinerary. Me request full reimbursement due to failed expectations.....still waiting on them
