We put enormous efforts on R&D and undertake active upgrade & maintenance to make sure our IT solutions fully meet our clients’ needs and always update to date. We do hope that our apps saved your time, money and efforts - be it removing duplicate files, locking apps/websites, managing Mac Contacts, recovering your lost data, downloading and converting videos, DVD burning, editing or converting PDF files, etc. Ultimately, our goal continues to be, providing flexible, cost effective tools that make life easier and workflow smoother.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, Fast service, very knowledgeable about the system and how to solve and work around an issue that only the developer could fix. My hardware was unique.

Top-notch support

Top-notch support: I wrote to them about an issue with my license, which was still tied to my old MacBook that’s now unusable, and within a couple of hours they made it available to me again. Excellent!

Great product and great company

Great product and great company. I emailed them 4 years after purchasing my initial license since it was tied to a different machine, and they fixed it so my license worked on the new machine. No issues, not trying to make you buy the product again ... great experience with this company.

Achtung scam

scam seite obwohl es bestimmte Websiten Inhalte nicht anzeigen soll werden diese wie gehabt angezeigt. Jetz kommt der komplette Hammer dieses Tool verweigert mir den Zugriff als Admin auf Systemeinstellungen und verwenden anderer Admin Rechte. Werde wohl den Computer auf Werkseinstellung Rücksetzen müssen danke für nichts und anderen Vorsicht bevor sofas auch passiert.

that's a virus

that's a virus , be very careful i found it in microsoft store after 1 day of installation i lost admin acces to my cmd . i wish they didn't steal my card credentials. we will see

Thanks for sharing your experience. Cisdem AppCrypt will auto disable cmd on your computer to prevent the program from being bypassed. If you want to access cmd, you can go to the main window of Cisdem AppCrypt, click Menu> Preferences, cancel the check of "Disable CMD", then you will be able to access to CMD. The fact that I have a lifetime licence should give an indication of how highly I rate this company.

The fact that I have a lifetime licence should indicate how happy I am with the level of service I receive from Cisdem.
I experienced a problem and reported it to Joey on June 26. He provided a dedicated response until the issue was resolved on July 10.
He must have dreaded getting an email from me, but he would not give up until he provided a solution.
That's what I call service over and above.

Fast and great support

Fast and great support.
I changed computer and wanted to switch my lifetime license to the new computer. An email to support and they quickly fixed it and I can now use Cisdem on the new computer.
