I do not have any Cisdem software products and yet they have taken £39.20 out of my bank account claiming they have an auto renew through PayPal who don't recognise the transaction even though they emailed it to me. This is fraudulent.

Appreciate the subscription being refunded and stopped so quickly. It does seem like Cisdem should have an easier way to turn off yourself. I was unable to do it through PayPal as they instruct on their webpage.

Great app, best blocker out there

After reinstalling windows, I got my license activate without any problems.

Due to some confusion on my part, I ended up paying for the license twice. Customer support immediately responded to my request to refund the portion I should not have paid. I was very pleasantly surprised, and would certainly do business with system again and would recommend them to my friends.

I use the downloader/video converter.

It does what want.

Owing to a windows boot failure, customer support handled my questions about a reinstall promptly and efficiently.

I purchased Cisdem Duplicate Finder expecting it to help me clean up my files, but the software simply doesn’t work as advertised. I followed all the steps, tried different folders and settings, but it either freezes or fails to detect duplicates correctly.

What’s worse is the customer support — I submitted a refund request over a week ago and haven’t received any reply. No confirmation, no update, nothing. It feels like they completely ignore customer issues once they have your money.

Very disappointing experience overall. Poor product and even worse support. I definitely do not recommend Cisdem to anyone.

Had to ask for release of code so I could use it on my new computer. Service was incredibly prompt and so polite.

I was having trouble entering my licence code after renewal. I contacted Joey at Cisdem support. Joey responded and resolved the issue incredibly quickly. Five stars for sure! thank you!!

En ce qui concerne l’application elle-même, je dois admettre qu’elle est très facile à utiliser et qu’elle se révèle très pratique pour protéger et sécuriser mes applications.

I own three Cisdem products, one of which is an updated version of a previous purchase. They all perform admirably, and the support is quick and knowledgeable.
