Absolutely brilliant place: I’m terrified of needles but was becoming much more terrified of what I seen looking back at me so took the jump. After much research I seen a few recommendations for Ciao Bella so went for a consultation. First treatment was with Emma who was wonderfully kind and gentle. Then a few months later another visit with Alex. I didn’t notice the difference between me then and now since my visit with Emma but Alex showed me pictures. There was a huge difference.
I had a treatment (fillers) with Alex and now for the first time in many years, I look in the mirror and actually feel ok about myself.
I understand how people can go further than they need with treatments because you get used to how you look then see other issues but Ciao Bella are extremely careful with advising you and I don’t believe they would ever do too much just because a customer asked for it.
Great place with great people. Have made such a difference to how I feel when looking at my reflection. Thank you ❤️

Went to fabulous new clinic in Downend and saw Alex she is always so welcoming friendly and professional and puts me at ease she is literally the best in the business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else 💖

I've been to Ciao Bella many times dropping my partner off and the staff have always been hugely friendly courteous. I had my own treatment for the first time recently, and the nurse Alex was great. The whole process was explained, and I felt very looked after!

Prices are comparable & treatments are advanced up to other Aesthetic clinics.

I have been a regular at Ciao Bella for a while now. I go for all kinds of treatments, mainly injectables. I like a natural look, keeping ageing at bay without looking “done” and I’m delighted with my results. Alex finally gave me the confidence to give Botox a try after many years of wanting it, but being too scared, and I’m so pleased I did!!! I’m a total convert. Alex also does my lips which I have had done other places too, but Alex is the only person I totally trust…I once couldn’t get an appointment with Alex and went to another clinic and regretted it!! Alex will never give you something you don’t need or won’t suit you…she puts your face before money. I wouldn’t feel confident recommending anyone else to my friends or family. Ive also seen Emma for a peel which was a lovely experience too. The clinic is professional and at the same kind and personal and I always leave feeling happy and looked after. I can so see why Alex and the team have so many awards, they are so well deserved ❤️

Hi my name is Debbie and I went to ciao bella for my lips enhanced and a little bit botox on my frown lines. 8 was nervous as I've never had this before. From the minute I walked in Alex and the girls made me feel so comfortable and put me at easy. The procedures were pretty painless and I was very pleased with the result. Reasonable prices aswell I would definitely recommend to all my friends and I will certainly be back for more. The thing with Alex is that if she dosent think you need certain procedures she will advice you accordingly. Very happy lady 😊

I had previously had my lip fillers done elsewhere for about 4 occasions and I was never happy with the results. I then changed and tried Ciao Bella after a friend of mine recommended them.

I always see Emma from my first appointment, she managed to correct my lips and showed me where the previous work had been done in the centre of lips and this was creating the shape I didn’t want. I can honestly say now I would never ever go to another clinic. Another major positive is I have never had any bruising or swelling . Previously I would be bruised for days and it would look unsightly and I would cover it up with make up or permanently put a face mask on.

I have also had tags removed from my face with Emma at which now look great.

I always feel confident when coming to the clinic and I would only ever chose to get any procedures done here. When making alterations to your face which is clearly visible you really need to be sure and confident on where and who you are seeing. I love Ciao Bella and I have only ever found them professional , top quality service and the best facilities. I have been asked constantly by friends and family about where I go and I would only recommend this clinic.

Once you find a clinic and staff like this I would never go anywhere else. If you do your proper research and look at things like their Instagram its obvious to see why they are so highly thought of and the awards they have won.

I am writing my review based on my overall experience and end result/s which unfortunately were not good.

I have had lip fillers for 5+ years at another clinic in London without any issues. I have previously had Juvéderm which I have learnt is prone to migration and this had happened above my lips. My lips themselves however were still a nice shape.

After relocating, I booked an initial appointment on 4th June 2021, which was for my "annual" top up. This was with Emma, who advised I needed to have the existing filler dissolved due to the migration and that she would then refill them with a different filler.

The 2nd appointment was 16th June 2021 to have the filler dissolved. I was then to return 2 weeks later to have them refilled.

Unfortunately, not all of the filler was dissolved, which became apparent quite soon after. So I returned for the 3rd appointment on 21st June 2021.

The 4th appointment was 1st July 2021, to have them refilled. Unfortunately the new filler had migrated to above my lips.

I returned for the 5th appointment on 19th August to have them dissolved, this time with Alex. She explained that this time longer would be needed before having them refilled again.

Unfortunately, again, not all of the filler was dissolved. So I returned for the 6th appointment on 26th August 2021 to have the remaining filler dissolved.

The 7th appointment was 23rd September 2021 to have my lips refilled. I gave my lips a few weeks to settle and kept a close eye on them. The migration did not happen again but unfortunately, they were uneven.

I contacted the clinic on the 30th October 2021 to enquire about having more filler as despite being uneven, they were on the smaller side than I like and I thought that with more filler, they might be evened out and the desired size achieved. As mentioned, I was very happy with my lips themselves at the start of the process despite the migration.

On 13th November 2021, I contacted the clinic again to say that I was unhappy with my lips as they were. As mentioned, I had hoped adding more filler may resolve the problem but after being told to wait until January 2022, I had become very upset at the prospect of more months with misshapen lips.

Between the 13th of November and the 2nd of December, multiple emails were exchanged regarding my lips.

Eventually, it was agreed I should return for Alex to review my lips. The 8th appointment was 8th December 2021 and it was uncomfortable. Alex was defensive and also mentioned how many appointments I had had at a loss to the clinic. I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong and been a nuisance when simply trying to achieve a good result. I was brought to tears at this appointment which is never a good feeling for a customer. Especially one that has been so very patient, understanding and polite.

At this appointment, Alex reviewed my lips and used some more dissolver to treat a lumpy pocket and also used a small amount of filler on my bottom lip, as it was uneven on one side.

On the 9th of December 2021, I emailed the clinic to say I was happy with the result. I wanted to acknowledge that I appreciated Alex dealing with my concerns and that I was satisfied that she had listened to them and taken action to address them.

Despite the unevenness being taken on board, the overall result was not great. I still didn't like my lips and preferred them at the very start of the process. To put it simply, I didn't like the way my face looked anymore which made me feel really, really down.

I decided to go elsewhere. It seemed non-sensical to pay more than I could afford for "the best" person, who unfortunately still had not achieved the desired outcome and who at this stage, had made me feel very uncomfortable. And going elsewhere was the best decision I could have made!

They were alarmed to hear of how many times I had my lips dissolved and were unsurprised at the results with the methods used. I am now so happy with my lips and just wish that I had gone to the person I now go to, to begin with.

My daughter & myself both had treatments at ciao Bella when first done it looked great but unfortunately after only around 4 weeks these great results vanished ,now we are both fully aware nothing is guaranteed but after spending well over £600 you would expect the results to last at least 5-6 months as when previously done elsewhere and when your friends ask “I thought you were having treatments” ! You then realise it’s not just you who can’t see anything. I’m not sure which products were used all I can say is what ever it was has no lasting affect what so ever. if you are thinking of any treatments do your homework beforehand as this experience has been an extremely costly mistake .

I booked in for fat dissolving injections under my chin but was given a thorough consultation and Emma talked me through how I may not get the results I want so we decided not to proceed at this time which I feel is a mark of the professionalism of Ciao Bella. Would definitely recommend them!

Alex is absolutely incredible!! She has such a natural talent and an incredible eye for detail. She offers a completely bespoke treatment based on you, your skin and your aesthetics aspirations and manages a perfect solution of all. I’m absolutely over the moon with my lip filler, my lips are just what I wanted and she was so careful and gently with the treatment that I have minimal bruising or swelling. Alex consults with you in such a reassuring and insightful way that you feel completely at ease knowing you are in the hands of a complete expert! Alex won’t apply or charge you any extra if she believes you don’t need anymore, she makes sure all she does looks natural. Natural look- nobody knows that something has been done but they say “wow you look so fresh”

I attended the wrington clinic for mole removal 10 days ago, as a model. I’m so pleased I went!

The procedure itself was quick and pain free and Alex and Roberta were so welcoming and reassuring. Almost two weeks on and the area is now fully healed with no sign of a mole ever being there.

I highly recommend Ciao Bella aesthetics, thank you Alex and Roberta!

Booked in and had a consultation with Alex as wanted to discuss a treatment plan, Alex is very knowledgable and gave me some great ideas of things that I could do in the future if I wanted to, and explained how treatments worked, she took her time and discussed all avenues.
The receptionist was lovely and friendly and I also had a little chat with another lovely Nurse.
Look forward to seeing them all again in the future.
