I really enjoy visiting Shane and Craig for my treatments. Their genuine warmth and care for their clients shines and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. My skin is the best it's ever been and I highly recommend the VIP package. Thank you ❤️

I have very dry skin and have tried so many treatments etc. Shane’s team are amazing, i was not sold loads of different things, I was told we needed a simple facial and very simple products. Two days later my skin NEVER looked better. Highly recommend Shane Cooper, it’s a lovely small business where you are treated specifically for your needs. Excellent

Shane and Craig really have the knack of great customer service. From your first appointment you’re made they make you feel like a valued client. They also make the process of choosing the right treatment(s) for you very simple; minimal jargon, no upselling, you just put yourself in Shane’s hands and he’ll select what he believes will actually work best for you (which may in fact turn out to be a cheaper treatment than you thought you wanted!) I’m not surprised they need to do minimal advertising/ marketing - word of mouth recommendations are assured when you treat every client this way.

I've been having facials with Vivian for over a year now and my skin is the healthiest it's ever been! They have the most beautiful treatment rooms, and most importantly, wonderful and caring staff! Highly recommend!

Had another amazing aqua glow facial at Shane Cooper! First time with Vivien and it was such a wonderful experience. She is so sweet and lovely.
She gave me so many wonderful tips and information about the state of my skin, kinds of products to use and how to adjust my skincare routine to ensure my skin will be the best it can be. And my skin has looked so lovely after the facial as well!
Again the booking was easy and I was warmly welcomed by Craig when I arrived! Love going here on my trips to London! Highly recommend!
