Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd Anmeldelser

Rapid response to our request for help and a successful resolution of the problem.

Always answer your call. Always arrive on time and work is to the high standard expected. Clean & tidy workers and all staff I've dealt with are courteous and friendly. Correct and helpful advice given by staff. Highly recommended. Have used 4 times this year for maintenance, modifications and a fault.

Just had our boiler serviced by Christopher Plumbing, have to say very impressed, from the booking which was emailed straight through to me, the text reminder and the efficiency of the very pleasant gentleman that did the service. Not only was he on time, he explained what he had done, which was a very comprehensive service. Would recommend.

Professional, reliable & efficient service to fix a leaking pipe. From the call to Chris through to Alex the plumber who was polite, efficient & tidy. Job completed to the highest standard. Ist time customer. If I need a plumber again I know who to call.

There is always someone to answer the phone, their plumbers who can react within a few days, arrive on time, assesses the job, agrees a scope and gets on with the repair in a timely and professional way. This was my first use of CPS and next time will call them first.

Great customer service from the staff at Christopher Plumbing Services, especially Chloe in the office, Chris the owner and Alex, the plumber, who fixed my bath tap which had caused a leak through my ceiling. Will definitely use again. Really professional, polite and above all, they respond quickly to messages if they’re not available to take your call.

Arrived on time to replace tank in loft. Work completed under budget despite difficult working conditions (cramped and hot). A great job.

Great service. Brian (Plumber) went above and beyond to solve the problem. They walked me through what was causing the issue, and gave me useful advice for the future.

Would definitely recommend.

Thanks again.

Responded to an emergency broken tap. Plumber who attended was polite, efficient and very tidy. He was also very helpful when I asked a few questions. Will definitely use in future.

Great company, nice people and do an excellent job at a very affordable price.

I’ve used Christopher Plumbing a number of times in the past year, having experienced a few dodgy plumbers before. The telephone enquiries are answered promptly and politely, and if Chloe can’t answer the query then she gets someone more knowledgeable to call back - the same day, usually within an hour. Staff calling to prepare a quotation usually come, within the week ( mostly the next day), and on time - all quotes are then sent from the office the same or next day.
The plumbers who’ve come to the house again have arrived on time, calling beforehand to check it’s still ok. I’ve been so impressed with how polite, careful and tidy they’ve been with all aspects of the jobs they’ve done - changing radiators, moving radiators, servicing boiler.
This company has a great team - you get good service from start to finish! Well done -other companies take note!

We first used Christopher plumbing when 3 other plumbers had told us they couldn't fix a hard to reach leak without removing part of an external wall. Although it was awkward, Christopher plumbing were able to fix the leak without any structural work. We have used them twice since and they are competent, polite, reliable and will go out of their way to help.

I can highly recommend Christopher Plumbing Services as they are very professional, providing excellent customer service, a high level of workmanship at reasonable prices.
They have fixed multiple problems in my bath and shower rooms. What’s more, they arrive at the agreed date and time which is a very rare quality in this business.

We called Christopher plumbing to deal with a failed concealed toilet cistern. Christopher was very happy to offer advice at first but when it was clear a site visit was needed this was done very promptly, a fix was agreed and a second visit quickly resolved the problem. I really appreciate good service like this and will not hesitate to use their services again if the need arises

16/10/24 - I won't be using CPS for a new boiler as too expensive for my requirements.

Have used Chris now on numerous occasions. A really great price and good plumbers who get the job done asap. Recommend

We recently used Christopher to replace an old, leaking hot water tank. They were available at short notice, communication was excellent, and pricing is based on time spent on the job rather than a fixed price which makes you feel you're getting value for money. Fully recommend.

I recommend Christopher Plumbing Service. I've had them in twice. Once to install a complete toilet and once to replace a cistern. The response has always been very quick and thorough, even suggesting ways I could try and fix it myself at no charge. Plumber has been arranged quickly and the final job has been very professional.

Excellent service as always, from first phonecall until the job is completed. Arrived on tine, knowledgeable, and helpful plumber. Thank you very much!

I called Christopher Plumbing about a leaking bath waste/pop up plug and they sent someone around within the hour. The pricing was clear. Chap that arrived very polite and professional in appearance and manner. Explained clearly what he would do and then got on with it. No fuss and fixed within half an hour. Very efficient company. Superb!
