Antarctica
Dealing with Doug White has made the booking process easy. First time booking everything online and not seeing a person. Doug has answered all my questions.
Not sure, but he is that good he must be a Collingwood supporter.

Very well organised at the airport on Departure. Information sent out with confirmaton clear.
The night of the flight was organised very well. Great view of the Aurora Australis. Qantas staff on board did not tell passengers to clean their seat trays etc before the seat swop. Some seats were not good for the changing passenger.

Gavin Breeze went out of his way
Gavin Breeze went out of his way to help me find the dates and kind of berth I needed. not to mention unentangling the air flight problem.
Communications were a bit strangled due to internet connectivity issues, but Gavin kept at it. Well done!
