Chillout Games Ltd Anmeldelser

Really good communication, clear instructions about packing, and fast payment. Excellent

Everything as described, great website, highly recommended

Everything that I have bought from Chillout has been exactly as described. Their service is second to none. I highly recommend them.

I've regularly bought from Chillout Games for over a year now on eBay and have recently signed up to their website, they are my preferred option for pre-owned and refurbished games (and accessories). Item condition is always accurately described. Dispatch and delivery is always quick, items are packaged securely. I will continue to buy from them for years to come.

Recommended for those selling their collections but don't want the hassle of eBay. Very fair prices quoted and fast payment. Will be using their services again soon.

Haven't used Chillout in aeons but recently decided to get back into a few games. Wasn't even sure they'd still be around! They were - and it's nice to see their service has remained superb. The pre-owned game arrived in a couple of days in the condition described.

My first time using chillout games, will definitely be back. Fast delivery and carefully packaged at an unbelievable price. Also very honest description of the product. Bought I. S. S. 98 and the feeling of playing it 20 odd years after I first bought it was priceless. Thanks chillout!

I have ordered 4 or 5 times and never had an issue with my orders. Top service 👍

I've brought a few used games from Chillout Games Ltd and have been very happy with them as I like the old games much more than the new type, I've been happy with the price of the games that Chillout have for sale as unlike other company's they don't charge an arm and a leg for the older games all in all very happy with the service altogether

Extremely good prices for rare games. Out of my three purchases, I got a genuine mega drive cart for a great deal, and paid a third less than e-bay's insane prices for a rare game that usually goes for £150. You have to wait a long time for items you want to appear on their store (because they get traded in), but when you do, they're always a steal. Items are packaged safely and delivered fast. If you're in the UK and a games collector, use it. Just as good as CEX.

I discovered a crack on my SuperMarioSunshine disc and went online to find a replacement. Chillout Games Ltd came out on top price wise, and my replacement was delivered within 4 days...and it works! Very happy!

Find it difficult to fault these guys over the years. Great games. Don't get me wrong you won't get a bargain here but you get exactly what you pay for and as a collector that is all I want. Only once I had a problem couple years back (pamphlet for wrong game) and they fixed the issue quickly.

I wanted to sell 24 old games. Chillout Games made it so easy for me. Where can I begin?
- Competitive prices.
- You can go back to their website and add more game numbers bit by bit.
- They give all the information you could possibly need regarding how to rate the condition of the games; options for (free) postage to them; how to package the goods.
- Payment was prompt - 2 days after receipt.
In summary, Paul and colleagues have done all the legwork to make my experience easy and right-first-time.
Thank you guys.

Just bought another game to add to my collection of educational games for my grandchildren and great grandchildren. Excellent condition. Good value for money. Quick delivery.

Game received quickly, well packaged and as described. Chillout Games Ltd is a company I trust to buy pre-owned games from as I know they will deliver.

We packaged up a load of games to sell, yes we could have tried to sell them separately on ebay but we had 100+ and they wouldn't have all gone plus the hassle of all those individual transactions. ChilloutGames gave us a reasonable quote, provided a courier to pick them up and once checked actually gave us more than the original quote as I had marked some as scruffy which they thought weren't. They seem very honest (as long as you are) and fast to process. I would highly recommend if you have a load of games just gathering dust. They took old games for PC, PS1, PS2 etc. You have to enter your games into their website to get the initial quote which can take a while when you have a lot but the site is solid, no glitches or losing data.

Quick service and at a very good price. The game when received was as described in very good condition.

I ordered 2x boxed GBA games from ChilloutGames and was not disappointed.

Delivery was quick with great communication and items where safely packaged from any harms way.

Games arrived as described on the site and all genuine carts! Will definitely recommend and be using chillout games again!
