Trade In
Been meaning to use this service for a while. Sold a batch of games and got a fantastic price, unlike a certain shop with pink colours. Very quick and efficient service, will be using again in the future.

Trade in with no issues!
Traded a console and games in to Chillout Games. Unlike other trade in companies, their feedback is very thorough throughout explaining when they received it, where the trade in is in the queue and then confirmed they would pay the pricing that was agreed. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again.

For Quality Of Service
Chillout Games Ltd was the first games store I checked out online. And is one I continue to go back to, simply because quality of service counts. In the recent 'your items have been delivered' e-mail, included were links to guides of games purchased if I needed them. -Another nice touch!
