There was a long delay in the delivery of our item due to Covid lockdown But Chesney's were very good at keeping us informed and compensating us for the delay by way of discount.

Great outdoor stove that really gives out the heat. The stove works really well and is very adjustable. There is virtually no smoke and it's very well made. I know it's expensive but you get what you pay for.

Had a problem with the firebrick at the back disintegrating and I phoned to ask if it was an issue and they sent us out a new one straight away so 10/10 for customer service!!!
We have loved using our Chesneys heater this year with spending so much time at home.!

Chesney’s gourmet has transformed our courtyard garden and has meant we have been able to enjoy the outdoors for much longer.
Customer service was exemplary, particularly given such good service with the pandemic causing all sorts of issues for them. Could not recommend more.

I really hope that we would never 'not be bothered' but concede that we can make mistakes, which we obviously did, in this case. The last year has been challenging with numerous lockdowns, interruption in supply chain and challenges around working practices but we would not seek to hide behind these issues, we still strive to make every customer happy that we can. Leighton I'm really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Chesneys product and furthermore not happy with the service you received. May I ask if the product is working properly now, after your installer corrected the situation and whether you or he ordered the spare part. Spare parts are a constant challenge for us as there are so many and so we are constantly seeking ways to make selection easier for customers and fitters. Either way we are sorry you are disappointed. Very Best MJ

Delivery prompt, fireplaces look great and the Heat range is superb to use. Only slight improvement would be that the Heat delivery team explains how to use and look after it. It's worth buying your charcoal from Chesney's too!

I note your point about the delivery team explaining the product, in as much as, assuming you have White Glove delivery the delivery team should at least be giving you a 5 minute guide to usage and care. I'm sorry if you didn't receive this. for further support we have numerous films online that help with care, cooking and so on. I don't always do these reviews but I imagine Chesney had a rough time logistically last summer so they deserve a decent one from me.
Ordering shortly into the 2020 lockdown wasn't perhaps the best time to do so and difficult for Chesney as supplies came from Italy, the worst hit country at that time.
I didn't know what to expect from them throughout. I always had a sort of doubt somewhere at the back of my mind about what would happen.
To their credit they kept me informed as time went on and I did eventually get my Chesney. I should not really have had those doubts as Chesney were excellent and so far I am pleased with everything. They do deserve the 5 stars for being honest and for keeping to what they said they would try to do, and for the great outdoor cooker that I got.

I absolutely love my Chesneys
I have a Chesney wood burner, the Shoreditch model and an outside Heat and Grill - both are absolutely fabulous, perfectly designed, stylish and robust.
Service from the company was also excellent.

Chesneys Fireplace
Bought a Chesneys Burlington Fire surround for the main lounge. The sheer elegance and style has brought a sense of luxury to the room. More than that, although there are similar surrounds by other manufacturers, the quality of the limestone and the craftsmanship of Chesneys is head and shoulders above the rest.
