from using to banned during work hours where i wasn't even online. I get no reason for the ban, though i wrote a ticket. it been 26 days and no answer to date. lost an account dating back to 2017 for a ban where i received no reason and i truly believe i did nothing.
Extremely disappointing experience.
I completed the verification process requested by support and provided the required photo, identification and other information. After complying with their requests, I was left without a response or resolution.
Now, after more than 72 hours have passed because of their lack of response, I am being told to repeat the entire verification process from the beginning and submit my identification again.
I find this unacceptable. I followed their instructions, yet instead of resolving the issue, I am being asked to repeat steps that I have already completed because of a delay on their side.
Support should take responsibility for its own delays instead of making the customer start over. I would not recommend this support experience to anyone who needs an urgent and serious content-removal issue handled properly.

Anyway, Chaturbate owners and managers don't take customer satisfaction seriously. They are always on the side of the model even if she is a scammer. They don't investigate any cases of scam. It looks like they don't care about their reputation anymore because they are living off of an old reputation which was much better in the past.
Account was banned for no reason. Emailed the spport team about the issue but haven't heard a response,This issue occurs after i top up.Imo anyone wanting to join CB don't and anyone wishing to sign up don't avoid like the plague because CB IS A PLAGUE
My account was recently banned by Chaturbate, and I had approximately $250 in earned funds at the time.
I had already completed age verification and was previously allowed to work on the platform without issues. After the ban, I contacted support requesting payment of the earnings I had accrued prior to the suspension, but I have not received a clear response regarding payout.
Regardless of the reason for the account closure, withholding legitimately earned funds without clear explanation or resolution is concerning.
I would appreciate transparency from the platform and a proper resolution regarding the outstanding balance.

Money was debited from my account. Some of the tokens, worth 120 dollars, did not take place.
Support has classified my debits as potentially fraudulent.On other webcam chats, charging worked fine on the same PC.
