Anyway, Chaturbate owners and managers don't take customer satisfaction seriously. They are always on the side of the model even if she is a scammer. They don't investigate any cases of scam. It looks like they don't care about their reputation anymore because they are living off of an old reputation which was much better in the past.

Member for over 14 years it used to be good. The way its set up now is 2026 its the worst and most annoying of any web cam site available. Really don't waste your time!
The broadcasters are fine but they will never get any more of my tokens/business as the program is just total rubbish.
You go to chat sites for fun not to be frustrated by the way the website is set up.
They must be loosing hundreds of customers every week just like me because the way it is set up now.

Als ik op mijn mobieltje een betaald abonnement neem, mag ik verwachten dat dit ook in mijn profiel te zien is. Niets van dit alles. Er wordt maandelijks automatisch geld afgeschreven, waarbij onvermeld blijft waarvoor dit is. Contact opnemen via E-mail lukt niet. Er zijn heel wat pogingen nodig om hierover met de beheerders dialoog te voeren. Nu blijkt dat het beheren van "volgen" en "abonnement op" alleen op een desktop computer mogelijk is. Dit had op mijn mobieltje duidelijk moeten zijn, maar is het niet. Één ster is nog teveel.

If I take out a paid subscription on my mobile, I should be able to expect this to be visible in my profile. None of this is the case. Money is automatically debited monthly, without mentioning what it is for. Contacting them via email is impossible. It takes quite a few attempts to enter into a dialogue with the administrators about this. It now turns out that managing "following" and "subscription to" is only possible on a desktop computer. This should have been clear on my mobile, but it isn't. One star is still too much.

Nach mehreren Anfragen bei dem Chaturbate support hat man mir geschrieben: Es handle sich um „potential fraudulent charges“.

I have 200 tokens and the site allowed me to spend money on it already had banned mewithout me knowing but allowed me tomake a purchase and then not use it being frozen intomyaccount and they have no support toget ahold of.....

I requested a refund via crypto of my token balance. Ive done this dozens of times when I’ve over deposited with no issue. The most recent time I’ve been waiting 5 days only to be told that the exact value of my refund has been eaten up by LTC fees. Absolute joke and thievery from CB. Support is non existent and useless & has now stolen my money.

I had a great experience streaming and it was an amazing platform, then one day I was streaming and my account was banned. I reached out to customer service and was given a reason which was untrue. And now they refuse to respond and help me with the matter.

Place is a total damn joke! Ban someone that wasn’t even streaming when the ban took place, keep your earnings plus your subscription money from you just paying them a day before this. Then it gets better a week later and still not one single response from these scams. Take your money elsewhere fk these people.

Honestly, the company is okay. I just don’t like how they give you the option to still transfer tokens to cash even if you haven’t reached the minimum payout, I was waiting for 2-3 weeks before I recieved a adequate response from the company. Even then, I still had to do my research about the “rollover” process. Then people on the website be stingy with their tokens. Like if you not even blessing me with at least 100+ tokens, why do you think I’m about to play with my coochie? Customers are CHEAP lol. I should be rich, I put in more work than all of these cam girls/guys combined, dancing, playing good music, being sensual even when there are haters, it’s annoying. Chaturbate banned a model we work together. Till today no evidence ( screenshot ) what she did wrong. Any lawyer open to hear the story ? I am not interessted in links to the forum AmberCutie. Definitely a terrible site, if I wanted to give this 0 stars, I would, because why in the heck would Chaturbate banned my account for some unknown reason and I don’t know what I did wrong but I hope they reach outs and it has been two weeks, still nothing and I am probably never ever coming back to this site again

The Worst Website ever the experience of this Website is very disappointing first a Romanian Scammer and his friend robbed me almost a total of 900 Euros I don’t know the exact number but it was a lot and using a Revolut Account to steal my money they should delete that Revolut Account Forever because they are Scammers.

I don’t care if they banned my account the people who create that Website created a dangerous website that models use to steals people money if you give them your social media it’s a loss of time I would not recommend for People from Spain 🇪🇸

Chaturbate should be renamed Racebate, I was called racial slurs on one of their "actors" accounts and then Racebate banned my account before I could complain to the Owners, not the staff or help but the actual Owners. Racebate was sued by The State of Texas for allowing under age people on their porn site, Sickos!

Waited months for support. Then unreasonable demands wasted our time. Filipinos aren't always welcome.

The issue was ID from some counties has to be specific ones you can only get if you live there. If you don't live there or haven't been for a while you won't have that ID.

If you are in the Philippines it's illegal to perform. So it is discriminatory i.e. racist policy. Chaturbate is racist.

New thing now , they scammed models, they don't send their money, I am amazed that are still in this business it should be closed, worst site ever and scammers
