I have been with Chartwell for 7yrs now. All staff I have spoken to have been very polite and helpful. I've been provided with great advice and support over the years.

I would like to highlight my mortgage consultant Chris Bodenham. Before I was aware I had autistm, I was confused about the mortgage process. A few years ago Chris spent over an hour with me explaining everything I needed to know. He was very patient and kind. Recently I have been officially diagnosed with ASD and ADHD and hit a bad patch in life. Chris has gone above and beyond with support and providing further knowledge.

The vibe is very comfortable. I highly recommend.

We've been using Chartwell for both our mortgages and insurance/protection policies since 2020 and cannot fault them. Most recently we have been dealing with James and team to update all our protection policies. Cannot praise Carl enough for sorting out our mortgage from start to finish there was great communication. He was polite, friendly and very professional throughout the whole process. As our mortgage fixed rate was coming to an end he found us a better deal with a a great interest rate. It only took a few days for it all to go through!! Cannot thank him enough and definitely recommend him to everyone as I'll be using him again when this fixed rate is due to expire!!

I was nervous about using a specialist broker but due to a complicated situation it was necessary.

I absolutely cannot fault any service at all from everyone who I dealt with. James got us a high street lender immediately and the process was very quick.

We then dealt with Ollie for our insurances and again, the attention to detail and service was amazing and we got all the cover we needed.

We moved in this week and couldn’t be happier, I will definitely use them again in future.

Just moved in to my house after finding the perfect family home. Always wanted to own my own house but high street banks alway said computer says no. After finding Chartwell I put in my details and had a mortgage in principle in 24hrs the 2 lads Kenny and josh were brilliant really good communication and always doing there best.with out them I don't no if I would be in my new house now all I can say is what a brilliant company and excellent staff if you have had trouble with hight Street banks try these guys I would recommend 100x over thankyou Chartwell Kenny and josh 😀
