I worked with Briar throughout my sale, which was by no means smooth or straightforward. It is not an exaggeration to say that the chain would’ve collapsed without Briar’s meticulous work. She was always available for updates and to lend an ear when we needed to speak through various possible approaches and responses. She was proactive and genuinely cared about moving things forward with our purchase. Leeann even took the initiative to copy me into communications with my legal team, which gave them the nudge they needed to take our property purchase seriously. She's made a stressful process so much easier for us, and I honestly wish she could stay on our case until completion😊!
