The service provided by the Kidlington office of Chancellors has been exceptional, way above what is normally expected. Both rental and sales teams have been highly attentive. Without their professional support and diligent follow-up the sale may never have concluded. Worth a special mention is Charlotte Kirk, who kept all parties informed and steered sales through so the chain could complete. Thankyou!
Also of note is Hannah Bramwell in the progression team who has communicated efficiently and effectively with all parties in the chain and ensure a successful outcome.

Very friendly informative and patient service. Good experience.

I emailed and phoned with questions about a property over the space of a week. I did not hear back until I posted a complaint, by which time the property was already let-agreed.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the manager who did finally contact me. She explained there had been some confusion over which branch was responsible for this property. I hope, however, that Chancellors will improve communication among the various offices in future to avoid such unfortunate delays.

They were helpful and and polite. Always informed me of progress of the sale. Also kept me up to date on reviews from people interested in my house.

he’s been very helpful and very patient with us he’s also helped and explained things and made sure we understand we where doing he’s made we’ve done what we’ve had to do before the deadline he’s very understanding and amazing to work with

Charlotte was excellent. Her approach, knowledge and professional demeanor, made the whole process smooth. We are very satisfied with our new home, thanks to her.

Kayliegh, Lettings manager and her team do a great job, of getting marketing off the ground quickly, and staying in engaged at the early stages of marketing a property, and getting initial interest. I would like a bit more interaction with the team as marketing continues, but Kayleigh and Rhiannon are personable and communicative.

Excellent service from an employee at the Kidlington Branch. I am new to the area so was looking for advice on location, rental prices and the whole rental process. Jamie was knowledgeable, friendly and patient, I am still considering locations to settle, but would not hesitate to get back in contact with him if I choose the Woodstock/Kidlington area. Really pleased with the quality of customer service and communication, both Kayleigh and Jamie have each been very responsive and approachable about any questions during the renting process. The property we will be renting is perfectly suited to my partner and I, we cannot wait to finish the paperwork and move in!

Unfortunately I'm having to ressurect this review where the previous one was deleted as the mistake was rectified but further lapses of judgement have shown that their words and actions do not align.

Some time back i had registered with a couple of Chancellors branches with a view to renting a property. I had given my requirements and in time had a few appointments booked. Sadly for both appointments, no letting agent turned up to facilitate entry to the properties for me to check out and make sure it was suitable.

I complained directly to the branch and was called back the next working day by Rhiannon from their Kidlington Branch. After a lengthy conversation she assured me that she will collate some properties from her, and neighbouring branches that met the needs I had communicated.

Then a couple of weeks went by and there was radio silence. Consequently I submitted a review here with that experience. The next day i got an email and phone call from the Directors (Carl, Raquel) as well as Rhiannon herself all apologising.

For the next week or so I got regular calls and updates from Rhiannon, and promises of appointments and virtual viewings for properties I couldnt reasonably attend during the working week.

Sadly, that stream of information dried up, and for a week again, radio silence. A further call to Rhiannon revealed she'd moved to another branch and hadn't let me know to be able to handover to someone else.

The final "mistake" came when an email was sent that was meant for internal colleagues (but sent directly to me) briefly explaining my requirements but also identifying myself as the "customer who complained".

This was forwarded back to the directors, with a Subject Access Request (which is now in progress) and a request to cease all communications between chancellors and myself.

We are all human, and none of us are infallible, but we have a responsibility to learn from our mistakes. Multiple mistakes indicate an issue that needs further intervention.

During any experience throughout searching for a property it can be challenging. However, Shai was extremely helpful every step of the way! He was clear, knowledgable and amazing with keeping us in the loop aswell as helping us throughout our experience while partnering up with Chancellors. 10/10 for service. I would highly recommend using Shai and will be advocating for anyone who moved within the OX postcode to personally use Shai as an agent. Great individual!

Chancellors Kidlington. Without a doubt the worse experience, as a landlord, I have ever experienced with a letting agent.

Rhiannon has been absolutely terrific! Always calling me back and keeping me in the loop when I've been searching for a property. The whole team is extremely friendly and accommodating.

It is a very good company, and it is like very good service and I really like the service of Rihanna Thomas She is very good at providing service. She is very good person and talk very sweetly and my work is being done in a very good manner and she’s quite corporative.

Charlotte was very professional and helpful throughout the process. She updated us regularly with information on what interest the property was receiving and what offers were coming in. The open day was very successful and due to her and the team at Kidlington we have been able to sell the property, STC.

Overall a good experience. We were kept well informed throughout the sale of our property. Charlotte from Kidlington branch was very efficient.
