We have a really good experience selling our property. Firstly we met with Fern who showed us round a property and we realised we need to put our on the market. Fern helped us arrange an appointment with Simon to come and see our property.Simon explained everything clearly and if we had any questions we could go into the office and ask. Fern was very good at keeping us up to date with things as we went along. It didn’t take long for the property to sell which was great as we didn’t need to have lots of viewing as my brother wasn’t well at the time and needed rest. I don't know where to start with how appalling Chancellors have been. Low responsiveness, ignoring my (very polite) emails, unprofessional and rude staff abd zero sympathy or kindness when the seller pulled out at the 11th hour. They refused time and again to contact the seller with my very valid queries and I never knew who the main point of contact was. In desperation I asked the regional manager to step in but this did not help in any way.
