Kirsty and Jordan went above and beyond their role. The whole purchasing of the house became complicated due to above parties in the chain but with Kirsty and Jordan pushing and chasing, I honestly feel the whole purchase would have fallen through. I’ve recently sold my property using Chancellors Carterton. Having never gone through the experience before and hearing it can be very stressful I was fearing the worst. Alice & Steve were by far the most help to get our house sale eventually through the laborious process. On many occasions Alice went above and beyond, one example was when I was asked by our buyers to identify something on our house plans, Alice stepped in and scanned the document and sent it straight through.
