Arrived quickly. The packaging was recyclable and protected the product. Yet, the product was not as fresh, so we used it on the same day, so no problem.

I placed order for fresh Jasmine and was concerned I may not recieve on time , Rajesh who I spoke to was absolutely brilliant and very helpful assured that he will arrange for me to recive on time and on the day contacted me to let me know when the courier was due to deliver - so happy with the Jasmine . Really good quality and very fresh , excellent customer service thank you so much !

Good quality material; more expensive than most srilankan food shops in London. I’ve used Ceylon supermarket a number of times now and they do deliver on time. They should consider doing free deliveries for people who spend over £50 for example, at least.
I would shop again.

I have been using Ceylon Supermarket since November and from the service to produce has been excellent! The owners from the start were incredibly proactive and extremely helpful, which made such a difference in the early days of opening a restaurant. Even once the delivery has left the warehouse, the team ring to make sure all was delivered successfully. One team member of note is Rajesh, who has gone above and beyond in his customer service and general care and is a real credit and example of what the company stands for. He saved the day on our recent menu launch and managed to get the produce here a day earlier, amazing! Thank you! It to use CS as a supplier and I look forward to the continued partnership in the coming years.
