Great selection of products, speedy delivery, well packed.

Highly recommended. One time I had an issue with the delivery and the staff sorted it out immediately. All goods are received in a good condition and highly recommended.

I've ordered b4 and have no problem with this company. I agree that the curry portions are on the smallish side but I have no problem with anything else. The bananas are probably a tad too ripe - one is very squidgy. However, the company is very accommodating and I appreciate their call because one of my items was out of stock so they asked if they could substitute same item but from another company. No problem. Thank you Ceylon Supermart for now also carrying items I could only purchase in SL like KALOO! Well done because we actual rang the company on SL to ask if they could be represented in the UK. The mixture is the most SL authentic.

Ordered some medicinal herbs and although they were extremely late due to DPD ( delivery companies ) unprofessional service I am giving Ceylon super stores 5 stars due to their high quality of customer care.

They went above and beyond to resend and get my package to me. It made a huge difference to know they were following up. It made the difference to what would have otherwise been a negative experience.

I will definitely use them again but hopefully it will be via good old Royal Mail tracked service which I find has been more dependable even with all the ongoing strikes.

Fantastic service! The most beautiful spices and flavours. I was short on time buying some spices for delivery in UK. Ceylon customer service was SO GOOD. Pulled all the strings to make a delivery over Christmas amidst the strikes. I would like to say a HUGE thank you in particular to Dhammika for being amazing, efficient, supportive, going out of her way to be amazing. Thank you so so much! 5 stars. I will buy from you forever.
