No problems - items arrived quickly and as described

Excellent product (Cosywool Insulation) and customer service.
The Cosywool is so pleasant to use compared to Rockwool for example and seems very good quality. Orderturntound and delivery was fast and efficient

I have ordered from Celtic Sustainables several times. The products stocked, communication and service is always excellent.

Great service. Ordered on line one day, delivered the next on both occasions. Well packed so product in great condition.

Purchase of 1/2" Quickstop valve for borehole installation.
This valve has a filter fitted into the inlet spigot, and it therefore follows that access for cleaning should be quick and easy. The obvious way to connect the pipework to the valve is with a tap connector to facilitate this. The design of the inlet however, (with a thick spigot wall) prevents the end of most tap connectors fitting inside the bore. One make of tap connector did fit inside, but the other problem with the inlet is that the threads do not start at the end of the spigot. This made it impossible to engage more than one turn of the thread (an unsecure connection on a plastic thread)
I contacted Celtic Sustainables to see if they had any suggestions for the connection, but the only available person said that they would check if they had anything in their store, and I never heard back from them.
Having connected the valve with a less than convenient (but secure) connection the flow rate was found to be slow, and did not reduce the number of stop/starts of the pump, which defeats the object of fitting this valve.
The water flow stop is indeed quick, but the start is preceded with a dribble.
Delivery was very quick

Arrived quickly and items excellent

Celtic Sustainables have never failed on any level since I started buying from them a few years ago. They are my go to company and will continue to be.

Simple to install, excellent delivery time. Very pleased with the product.

The website was readily comprehensible, with data on the products accessible. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. I would happily recommend this company and the product I used, Thermafleece, is excellent too!

Mine was only a small order, but it was dealt with very promptly and arrived on time and as described. When I phoned for advice, the staff member I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The company seems to have a comprehensive range of practical eco products and will be at the top of my list for future projects.

Easy odering, good product pricing and prompt delivery

Insulation arrived on time and is of good quality. I will use this firm again.

Amazing product, fast delivery and customer service really responsive and nice!
Thank you very much for that

Clay paint from Celtic Sustainables was perfect for our needs. The paint is expensive but good quality. Having ordered online, the paint arrived within 3-4 working days and updates provided good knowledge of when the Paint would arrive.
