I recommend Celtic Sustainables. Though there was a problem with my order in transit, they responded quickly and with courtesy. I was very impressed by their excellent customer service. I'd give them my business again.

Impeccable customer service
I ordered some insulation with Celtic Sustainables. The process was seamless and straight forward. I had a few issues with delivery, but this was at the courier side, the team were so helpful in chasing the courier and arranging delivery times whilst constantly keeping me up to date with progress. They certainly went above and beyond. Thank you.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. I ordered Thermafleece - Cosywool Sheep's Wool Insulation, and it's excellent. The loft is now warm, and the wool really helps reduce noise.

Fab insulation alternative
My wool delivery arrived really quickly and contained plenty of wool to insulate a doorway I was blocking up. It works fabulously, insulating noise between the rooms. Brilliant, effective alternative to other insulating fibres.

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable with any queries I have about the products.
Being a builder quality is essential in the materials I use and my customers and I demand a high quality finsh, which the products and materials supplied by Celtic sustainables do so impeccably.
Availability is always very good with a large and well stocked warehouse.
Celtic sustainables is the one stop shop for all sustainable building materials.
