This company has old fashioned values of care. Mum is 93 and has dementia. Her boiler failed and they prioritised a visit the same day. The boiler needed a part replaced under the Worcester Bosch guarantee
so they sorted that out for us. In the interim they did a temporary fix so Mum had heating so she was comfortable to stay at home - a godsend as we didn't think she would cope coming to stay in our home. Worcester Bosch replaced the part the next day. I then had a phone call from Wilson Plumbing the next day to check all was OK. 100% respect for being so caring and being so solution focused to support a vulnerable adult. Thank you.

Boiler serviced today by Nick who has looked after the boiler since new (about 7 years old now). Never had a problem with the boiler in all this time. Nick is friendly and explains the process as he is carrying out the work. First class.

I would highly recommend Craig and his team, they provided us with a fast and efficient service after our boiler sprung a leak. Craig came round on Thursday and booked us in to have a new boiler fitted on Monday, so a very fast turn round. Jamie and Lewis arrived at 7.30 and worked hard all day to re-route the pipe work and fit the new boiler. They were professional, polite and explained everything about the new boiler. They cleaned up properly before the end of each day which was much appreciated. I’d also include Lauren in the review, she kept in touch either by phone or email and was very efficient sending quotes and invoices out. The whole team made the experience as painless as possible and will definitely use them again. Thanks to everyone at Wilson’s we have a lovely warm house now.

Craig gave us good advice when upgrading the heating in our recently purchased property. A team of 3 heating engineers took only 2 days to relocate a new boiler in the loft and replace the radiators. Nick, Lewis and Jamie worked efficiently and quickly on one of the hottest days of the year.
The job was completed with a comprehensive package of documents and certificates from Diane and the team at the office.
I have been involved with Craig for many years and have no doubts as to the quality of his company's work.

Change out of heating system. My anthracite fired heating system was changed out to a liquefied gas system including upgrading of old radiators and adding a couple of new ones.

The quality of work was very good and they obviously knew what they were doing. My home was respected, kept clean and carpets protected. All the redundant equipment was disposed of without any issues.

I was impressed with their professionalism and the general way in which they conducted themselves.

New combi boiler installed by Jamie, Nick & Lewis following a thorough survey by the boss, Craig. They arrived promptly and worked hard continuously to remove our old boiler and tanks, and then install and commission the new one in a new location. I was impressed by the good teamwork and the efforts they went to in order to keep us happy. They finished in good time and left the house clean and tidy. A most professional job!

Nick came to install a new boiler - he arrived as expected, lost no time getting everything installed, plumbed in and tested to our complete satisfaction. Some brickwork needed to be removed with consequential mess - once job completed everything was back in apple pie order.

From start to finish, Lauren answering calls to Nick undertaking the service, Wilson’s are a joy to deal with. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful and work in a highly professional manner.

We had the gas capped off due to a leak.
Needed a plumbing company urgently and contacted Wilson’s and they came within 2 hours.
They found the problem and provided options, costs and pros and cons for my consideration. I decided on a new boiler and they got the gas back on and they reorganised so they could start the installation later the next day.
It was completed within 6 hours and the work was professionally completed by competent and friendly staff.
Fantastic service and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Came for a service, we required a new boiler! Manager came and did home visit same day.
This was reasonably priced and Wilson’s could complete installation within a couple of weeks.
Fantastic service, had a variety of options of payment offered, and promptly fitted.
