I had a great experience with Cast Iron Radiators 4u. With not having a lot of knowledge about radiators the ordering process became easy by being guided by the professional who were very knowledgeable. Very happy with the service and the products

Very satisfied customer

After viewing web page travelled to showroom to see radiators. We had a very clear idea of what we wanted but preferred to see quality. We were not disappointed and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a radiator go and have a chat. The advice and recommendation was invaluable and the journey from Bedfordshire to Portsmouth was worthwhile. Our final choice was completely different from what we thought we wanted. Radiator arrived, as promised. Was well packaged on a pallet and is absolutely beautiful. Love it so much we will be returning for another soon to install in our conservatory

Very thorough staff that have very precise knowledge on all products. All orders were double checked prior to dispatch with a follow up call after delivery. Top class products and service. Pretty rare for me to say this about a company and I deal with a lot being a renovator

Really incredibly pleased with the …

Really incredibly pleased with the service received. I had great email communication or phone communication with Ross and the company happily spoke to our gas engineer regarding queries.

The radiators are stunning. I would absolutely recommend.

Perfectly satisfied

The website is very thorough and comprehensive. The communication was good and service was exactly as I was lead to believe. The radiator is wonderful (although we’re waiting for our plumber to install it) I can’t imagine how they could improve their service. Thank you

THIS WAS AN AMAZING COMPANY TO DEAL …

THIS WAS AN AMAZING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH FROM BEGINNING TO END.THEY GAVE ME GREAT ADVISE AND WERE VERY PATIENT.
THE RADIATORS LOOK VERY VINTAGE WHICH WAS THE LOOK I WAS AFTER AND ARE ALL WORKING WELL.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND OF COURSE SUCH GOOD VALUE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES

Satisfactory service after initial bad review

I had bought a very small radiator for my toilet from them and within 2 weeks it had gone rusty. I paid for the most expensive finish therefore the rad cost £309.
This has now been mostly resolved although I do have valves which now don't match my new old pewter rad, I am assured I can swap these once I can get a plumber round to drain the system and take them off to send back.

Thank you for your review response. We are pleased that we were able to work with you to resolve the challenge that you found with your first radiator. We did arrange for a replacement with a different finish to replace the full polish radiator that had rusting from the moisture-heavy environment.

We replaced this with a radiator with a finish that is suitable for the room that you selected for it; in this case it was the downstairs toilet. We arranged for this to be delivered to you and for the polished radiator to be collected from you.

Thank you also for working with us in closing a loop-hole in our overall communication when dealing with polished, bare-metal, radiators in a moisture-heavy environment.

Once again apologies for any inconvenience caused during this challenging time. We really hope that you are satisfied with the replacement that is now in your possession, and we are happy to work with you should you have any further queries.
