This was my first time making an emontional on-line purchase. I reviewed several sites, having no idea regarding the process or quality of my proposed purchase. I did an initial search of written reviews to gage my starting site.
After several chats I retired from exshausted overload! I awoke to a message from Joe at Casket Emporium asking if he could assist me?
This message was a Godsend!
I responded and immediately received a call from Joe. We discussed XL/XXL caskets, shoulder and elbow widths. Things that are required when purchasing an XL/XXL Casket.
Joe was exemplary, professional and expiditious with delivery to the Funeral Home. I got delivered in under 24 hours. The suggestions Joe made were helpful and we ended up being extremely satisfied with our purchase of the Gemini Series, Navy casket.

Our families experience with Joe was outstanding, he replied quickly and sent many photos and details and took the time out to review the funeral homes charges . I can not say enough here , honestly he made this transaction fantastic and worry free

Joe is amazing. He really cares about his customers and is so helpful. I have to admit I was skeptical about buying a casket online even after reading all the great reviews. But after speaking and texting with Joe and all the follow-up he provided, I felt comfortable. He provided an absolutely beautiful casket, in the color we wanted and couldn't find anywhere else. Casket Emporium was the best during our time of grief. I made 1 request on their website at midnight and was called at 6am. Our casket was delivered for our loved one on time, in perfect condition. They notified me once it was delivered with pictures. The casket was gorgeous just as pics.

Personal delivery of my dearly departed mother’s pink casket was the epitome of stellar customer service. Not a scratch on it and no need for packing and boxing. My brother was a US Navy Veteran and he helped me customize it so it beautifully reflected that service, my brother would have loved it. Joe sent me photos and videos so I could see the casket and it being delivered in pristine condition. Joe is the real deal, beautiful top quality casket hand delivered. He made the process so smooth with minimal effort on my part. He did exactly what he said he would do and right on time. It was such a pleasure to save money and have one less worry during such a stressful time. We saved several thousand dollars (and got a better/ more personalized product) by going with Casket Emporium over the funeral home. I'm usually not inclined to leave reviews but I want to let people know that Joe with Casket Emporium is the real deal.
