Ordering process easy, communication severely lacking, did not know at what stage my order was till they arrived.courier service used extremely poor as they left them on doorstep on a public street,could have been stolen by anyone

The items were ordered, kept well communicated on process and delivered on time, and they fitted which you can’t ask for anymore, well pleased.

Recent items smashed and have tried to contact them numerous times and still haven’t had a reply 🤔🤷‍♂️

Easy to fit and effective

Easy to order and pay BUT zero communication after they have your money.
I paid for two day delivery, came FIVE days later. There is no phone number or way of talking to anyone.
The two day delivery was not refunded.
Wind deflectors were lightly scratched on arrival.

Needed some new deflectors. Got the full set here for not much more than just the front from the dealer. Fit was perfect and delivery was quick.
Happy customer.

Like others, the original delivery took some time. I wasn't in a rush, so it didn't bother me at all.

The problem came when I opened the package to find one deflector had broken. Working with plastics I know this was a manufacturing defect, which I have duly reported to them as soon as I could.

Three emails and web messages later and no response at all in over a week. Today I get an email asking me to write a review.

So: They take forever to get the goods to you, they take payment upfront, and they ignore you once you report a problem.

Small Claims Courts next.

Heko wind deflectors arrived broken and missing clips. All attempts to contact the company to resolve the problem were unsuccessful. Cannot recommend.

WARNING! Do not buy from this company if you want to return a product. I mistakenly bought the wrong item and needed to return. The only way to do this is to send to a specific email address listed on their website. There is no contact number! I have sent 5 emails and no reply. They actually contacted me via email after 3 weeks asking to review the product. I replied asking for a return and was ghosted again so here I am. Joke of a company.

Dont know anyone who uses trustpilot reviews but here goes. Great wind deflectors i got for wifes car. Originally got cheaper ones but they were crap. Buy best you can and i did that eventually. .

Quick delivery, great product!

Bought Heko wind deflectors, not the cheapest, double the price of non brand ebay wind deflectors.
Took little longer to arrive than I expected although site looks UK think goods come from abroad.
The wind deflectors are of good quality and fit perfectly. Unfortunately there were two clips missing, I informed the customer service at the start of the month but are still waiting for the missing clips.
Still waiting for them to send clips this company has a poor customer service!!!!
Nearly two months on still no response truly awful customer service!

Product fits well and easy to install. Delivery was a pain only issue.

Bought these on my son’s recommendation, he’s got them on his Ford Fiesta. Ordered them for my Peugeot 3008 and fitted them in minutes when they arrived. Do the job great in keeping the car vented with the windows down a bit with no wind whistling. I’m a hearing aid wearer and the normal wind whistling is a pain, but these deflectors have solved that easily. Would I recommend? Absolutely.
