Edited because they finally kept an appointment.

I've sold my car through Carwow. I booked an all day collection on the 07/07. Got a cancellation email 20 minutes before the arrival time. Rebooked for an AM collection on the 15/07 but got another cancellation email on the 14/07.
I'm now awaiting another email to book in a 3rd attempt for them to come, inspect my car and drive it to the buyer.
The emails responses are slow, especially when rebooking a collection date.
Fingers crossed for the third attempt. When I actually see the service working, I'll update my review.
I booked for the third time on the 23rd July, offered AM, which I accepted. Got a call on the 22nd saying they couldn't do AM and rearranged to PM. Then received a text stating AM. I had to call them to query when I needed to be at home. Normally get a text giving you an hour time slot, but didn't on this occasion.
The guys turned up on the 23rd and were nice and friendly, got straight into the assessment and test drive. Waited patiently whilst I sorted the payment out with the buyer. Which took longer than it should, but we're pleasant whilst it dragged on.

Abide who came to inspect the car and deliver to the dealer was very pleasant and polite. He made the process very simple.

This was a very positive experience. Stephen arrived to pick up my car at the prearranged time, and after a straightforward inspection, and exchange of documentation, the money transfer was very quick.

Extremely disappointing and unreliable service from Wedelivercars.co.uk. My vehicle collection was booked twice - first on 22-May and then rearranged for 27-May. On both occasions, the driver failed to arrive as scheduled.

Each time, I was told the driver was unable to attend due to previous jobs or transportation issues. While occasional problems can happen, being let down twice in a row is simply unacceptable. Customers arrange their day around these appointments, and I ended up wasting two full days staying at home waiting for collection.

To make matters worse, I had already received my new car and had to pay additional parking fees while waiting for the collection to happen. After being messed around twice, I cancelled the entire transaction.

Very poor reliability, poor planning, and a frustrating experience overall. I would not trust or recommend this service again.

Abid kept me informed of the timing of his arrival. He was extremely friendly and did a great job. Overall the whole experience with CarWow was great. Michael

Avoid at all costs, like a small-scale, corrupt, grossly incompetent rip off of BCA Logistics. "Coordination" team couldn't organise an alcoholic drink in a brewery and the accounts team are straight up criminals and will shamelessly rob and steal whatever funds they can from you, deposits and expenses not paid back ect.

Jobs are set up to fail before they even leave the start point, due to absolute lack of common sense or basic knowledge of distance and time, leaving both sellers and buyers waiting around for days and left out of pocket, then offered no explanation other than an attempt at blaming the driver who was genuinely trying to do their job.

Training consists of half a day in a small stuffy room with yet another incompetent individual who has no concept of the job itself, trying to train you but inevitably leaving you completely unprepared.

Steer clear of this company at all costs.

Sold car via Car wow and "we deliver cars" appointed to deliver it to dealer one hours drive away.
Michelle from "we deliver cars" texted as expected with estimated time of arrival - arrived half hour earlier, Immediately showed ID, checked the car and rang the purchasing dealer to pay immediately.
Money safely in bank and Michelle was on her way.
Very friendly and a great job!

I sold my car through carwow and wedelivercars were organised as the company to collect the car and deliver it to the buyer/dealer. The process was ok. The person collecting my car arrived, then went off with the keys offering no explanation of the process. They also insisted the buyer needed the entire VC5 and that they didn't know which bit I needed to keep when I tried to take the seller section. I'd also recommend the person collecting the cars to maybe use Google Maps or a search to arrange travel to the sellers home instead of expecting the seller to have detailed knowledge of local transportation.

I sold my car on the 21st March through motorway and agreed a price, motorway arranged for their partner delivery company We Deliver Cars to deliver it to the buyer, collection was arranged for Thursday April the 2nd nearly 2 weeks after the sale. The car had to be delivered 280 miles away and when the driver turned up at 9.30am and did his checks and sent them to the buyer who was happy with the car and price, the delivery driver said he wouldn't drive it the same day and it would sit on his home street until the following Tuesday when he would deliver it, the buyer wasn't happy with his decision and told a motorway agent that he was going to cancel the sale. I then spoke to motorway and had to drop the price by £900 to keep the sale going through as I was picking up a new car and needed the money to put towards it, the car was eventually collected on the 8th of April and delivered to the buyer. I made an official complaint to motorway about losing £900 off of my original sale price, they told me it was out of their hands and was the fault of We Deliver Cars which they had contracted to do the delivery, I had email contact on a number of occasions with the escalations department regarding the loss I had incurred but they were not interested and just kept saying it was out of their control and was the fault of this delivery company. My overall experience with motorway and We Deliver Cars has not been a good one, having looked into this delivery company which they use they have some shocking reviews. I hope nobody else goes through the experience which I have just been through, if you do sell your car please don't let this company arrange the onward delivery save yourself the stress and anxiety.

Abid was friendly and helpful during the process of collection. He kept me informed of his expected arrival and was able to answer any questions queries.

I would like to say how impressed I was by Kamran Ahmed who collected my Tiguan R following a sale through Motorway. He was very reassuring and professional throughout the handover process patiently waiting for my payment to be received. I wouldn’t hesitate to use We Deliver Cars again given the excellent service provided.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with WDC (We Deliver Car).
I paid £137.46 out of my own pocket for work-related expenses and was only reimbursed £31.36, with no proper explanation for the missing amount. This is completely unacceptable.
I was also charged £200 for returning the kit, which feels excessive, especially when they have already failed to reimburse legitimate expenses.
Attempts to resolve this directly were ignored, leaving me with no option but to escalate the matter formally.
I strongly warn anyone considering working with this company: be extremely careful. Make sure you fully understand all terms, especially around payments and expenses, before you start. Based on my experience, transparency and fairness are serious concerns.
