Excellent service from this company and a problem I had was dealt with efficiently and very kindly by Aden. I would recommend them most highly.

Sam was quick to respond when a delivery went awol, identifying the house where it had been placed in error and following up to check all was resolved. Cartridge People seem to have a culture of customer care, which has kept me returning (and others, I'm sure).

I was having a lot of difficulty installing a new cartridge in my printer and eventually contacted Cartridge people and got a very helpful,patient ,person,Sheree, to tell me what l should do. I still couldn't get it installed and she forwarded me an email explaining what to do so l got my son to try and sort it on Sunday and eventually he was successful. Thank you

I've used Cartridge People on many occasions because I refuse to pay branded version sky high prices for half the amount of ink. The product is perfect and the price is even better. Placed an order that qualified for free delivery. It was despatched the same day, but after 4 days it was clear the courier had lost the parcel. I contacted Cartridge Line and within minutes I had a reply offering a free replacement to be sent with next day delivery using a different courier and at no additional cost to me. It arrived as promised. Excellent to find a company that responds so quickly and takes accountability for a problem even though it is not their fault. Will definitely using Cartridge People again. Thank you.

I inadvertently bought the incorrect toner for my printer and the customer service team, particularly Caroline, was really helpful in identifying the issue, even to the point of offering my credit towards the new toner cartridge I needed. Can't rate them highly enough and will definitely use in the future.

Problems outside of CP control. Dealt with swiftly, helpfully and courteously. Could not recommend company and staff more highly.

I had an issue with part of my order not being delivered. Vicky from the customer service department immediately contacted the supplier and arranged for the item to be resent. I was kept updated of the situation. Both the communication and speed of response were excellent.

This is the first time I have ordered my ink cartridges from the cartridge people and I am really impressed. I must admit I was a bit dubious about the quality of the ink based on a previous purchase from a another company through a major online trading platform however, my order arrived promptly and I have just installed the cartridges into my printer. Test prints show evidence of high quality ink for both black and colour printing. The colours are very true in particular the reds which in other brands can be more like a reddish brown. I really am impressed both by the competitive price, customer service and quality of the cartridges. Will certainly order from this company again.

I contacted customer services via email and advised them that I was having some issues with their own brand printer cartridges. I had a quick reply from George and after some further correspondence was offered a replacement or a refund, as they offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I opted for replacement and it was delivered the next morning by courier. Everything sorted and working 100% - what a pleasure !

I had a problem with my Epson Workforce printer suddenly failing to print from the new black ink cartridge after a couple of days - at first the black print got paler before finally failing to print at all. All 3 of the colour cartridges however were continuing to print faultlessly. After trying all the usual fixes I contacted Cartridge People Customer Services who immediately sent me a new (replacement) black cartridge free of charge - but telling me that if that didn't solve the problem I should get back to them so they could try another solution. The replacement cartridge didn't solve the problem so I was passed to George in Technical Help who, having considered the issue, sent me a so-called Print Head Cleaning Cartridge to put into the black cartridge section of the 'caddy'. He also provided clear instructions for the process I should go through after inserting the cartridge. It worked! I used the printer for 5 days before re-contacting Cartridge People to make sure that the issue had been 'permanently' solved and this wasn't just a temporary fix. It really did work. I spoke to George yesterday to thank him for the prompt and effective support - and I also asked for his help with a second problem I had just encountered after installing the latest software upgrade on my MacBook Pro - the scanner function no longer worked as my laptop now wasn't being 'found' - although the basic printing function worked perfectly well. He sent me a couple of links to the appropriate Epson website and technical department, and so today I'll be contacting them in the hope that the printer's scanning function can be returned to normal. This is genuinely a 5-star 'would thoroughly recommend' review of both the Customer Services Team at Cartridge World and especially George in Technical. The really do care about providing great customer service - printing inks whether genuine manufacturer's cartridges or Cartridge People's own-brand (which are excellent by the way) are not cheap - the team's help was invaluable in ensuring that my (and your) investment in these pricey products can be maximised. Thank you George and Customer Services Team. We, as customers may be quick to complain when things go wrong - so it's great to have the opportunity to give maximum credit for a job well done. A really exceptional company that provide genuine advice by people who really know their industry.

Needed a Laser printer urgently. John and Alison combined to deliver within 18 hours even though I was expecting 2 days delivery. Even better is that they realised the Printer would have a European plug so sent a UK plug by Courier to arrive before the printer. That is truly exceptional customer service.

Initially I ordered the wrong items, so emailed Cartridge people. They phoned back quickly and I ordered the correct items over the phone. The return process was initiated. I had a query and then a follow up, both of which were dealt with efficiently by Alison.

Had a problem with the supplied cartridge (never had problem before)
Called and spoke to Wiki who promptly sent out a replacement...all good now ! :-)
